My neck and shoulders have been killing me lately. A friend turned me on to these aromatherapy wraps on Amazon. There were a few to choose from, but I really liked the detailed description on this one. The shipping was fast, and I have had this on every night and morning. It is so soothing and relaxing to wear. I have a hard time taking it off because it feels so nice to have on. My neck pain is gone, but it is too relaxing and comfortable to not use everyday. I am very pleased with the packaging and pride in this company’s products.
OMG. From the moment I opened the box I knew I was in front of something different and special. Great smell, texture and quality. Once I placed it on my shoulder I could feel a great sensation and after two minutes a great stress relief. It covers a great area of the back as well so the feeling moves all over your body.
Inside the shipping box is a nice, no frills brown carton box with only the barcode label outside. Having seen a picture posted a few months ago by a fellow customer, I knew this is something different. And yes, it says made in the USA! The pillow is placed inside a very nice storage and decorative half transparent white bag which make the whole package looks like a wedding present - very impressed. Out of the box, the relaxing fragrance is felt immediately and more so once heated. The fabric is soft to the touch. I fold it into some sort of piramid shape for microwave and certainly enjoy using it for my neck and shoulders. I wish it stayed warm a bit longer, maybe to have some insulation or heat reflective material on one side, while still microwave safe. Also it is a bit small for my shoulders, missing an inch or so on each side. I want to use it while doing some light exercise and it would be great if the seller can introduce a removable velcro strap in front or around the armpits. It is not perfect for me yet but still a fantastic buy for this winter.
This is the BEST neck wrap I have ever owned.It has a nice weight and you can feel the warmth all around!!! This product is wonderful! It provides such relief to sore muscles. This product promotes real relaxation! Highly recommended!
I am very happy with this wrap. The scent is not overpowering, just relaxing. The collar is a great feature and helps the neck area. The weight is good too. As some reviewers said, you may find yourself reheating it after several minutes, but I have found that to be the case with all microwaveable wraps. I have had it for about 6 weeks and I recommend this one. Still working great.

It is a relief in the end of a stressful day. The fragance helps to relax and the texture of the material passes a confy feeling. It's so nice to feel the warm around the neck. I purchased this heat wrap for my sore neck and shoulder muscles due to having to use crutches . It feels so wonderful all warmed up and the smell is awesome. Really worked to relax my muscles.

A perfect way to relax after a long day.
I love the fit and the feel of the wrap. I love that it covers a large area. It's closer to 5 stars than 4 stars to me, but I do wish it stayed intensely warmer for a little longer and it sometimes slides back because of the weight of the contents inside the wrap. All in all it's a great product.
