My wife wanted me to order this for Christmas and it came in the right time because both her and our daughter used it. Since both were not feeling well, they took turns using to to warm up their necks and backs as it was very cold during Christmas time. I'm surprised that it was easy to use since I've never used one before. I'm glad that I was able to buy one for her.
Just as shown. I like the fact you can take the bag out and wash the cover. It is very soft but doesn't stay warm all that long.
This is nice and soft but it is smaller than I prefer, with not enough filling. Seems to have a hard time holding the heat. It also seems to have a little moisture deep from it each time I use it.

I didn't get much scent, but that isn't a big deal. Heats up nice a is comfortable around my neck. Very soothing.

The fabric is soft and the wrap seems well made. It warms nicely in the microwave and stays warm for a fair amount of time. It does the job nicely!
