If you have hot flashes, this is the mask for you. My medication gives me the worst hot flashes. My face often feels like it’s on fire. This mask cools my face down and scares the crap out of anyone that walks into the room. Double bonus.
I wish I had learned about this years ago. It is wonderful to not have to hold an ice pack on my head - this takes care of it. My only wish would be for it to stay cold longer. It gets cold, but doesn't freeze. Great for migraines.
Went from migraine agony to relieved sleep in about 30 minutes. Can not recommend enough. The ong trouble I had was the straps fitting my head weirdly, which I remedied by cross crossing them into an X shape in the back.
Comfy padding, straps are long so can adjust to different head sizes. The padding on the face side is protective but also it didn't feel like I was getting that much ice benefit. The interior ice pack gets crunchy and if it had retained it's liquid gel state I think it would be a better product but overall I'm happy.
I really love this product and use it daily for migraines. I leave mine in the freezer and use it for about 10-15 minutes a day. The gel beads on the inside don’t harden in the freezer which makes it comfortable to wear. The only thing I dislike about this product are the Velcro straps. I personally find them uncomfortable and don’t use them.

First time I've ever written a product review......decided something I've been using every day for the past month definitely deserves one!
This mask is awesome.
You have to figure out the right way to manage the straps in the back to fit your noggin' size - but it's flexible enough it should work for everybody.
The inside lining is super soft, and creates a nice barrier between the frozen gel beads and your face - so it's not painfully cold like when you ice an injury. For me, this feels like a lovely anti-morning puffy face routine & would totally help with migraine headaches.
Get this mask. Use it when you wake up. Feel the gooooooood........
I'm using it warm to help set in my moisturizer. Winter dries my skin so badly.
I've had a bad head cold for the past 3 or 4 days and this thing has helped relieve my burning eyes and nasal passages. It looks dumb, sure, but totally worth the temporary relief.
I got this mask for my step daughter as she has really broken out due to hormone fluctuation because of her pregnancy. She uses this mask every day and it helps with her swelling and skin irritation immensely.
