I purchased this to create my own [small] first aid kit, and everything seems to fit wonderfully with plenty of space for many more things. It has several places to put various items in, and elastic straps to clip on bottles or anything that needs secured. One thing I wish the pouch had was much smaller interior elastic bands or pockets to securely slip things like tweezers or scissors in (though the mesh pouch can be a place to store those). Speaking of the mesh pouch, I've had an issue where it was sewed inside so that I could not flip it out to access it, but I remedied by cutting off the part that was sewed onto the bag that prevented me from pulling it out. Overall, a very sturdy, spacious pouch with several options to carry it individually or attached to a bag or belt.
Perfect for an IFAK/Trauma Kit. I have one of these in my car and one in my camping supplies. Recommend people build/buy a medical kit to have in their car and take trauma courses. These skills are invaluable and can help save peoples lives.
