I could tell a difference my first day. I couldn't sleep like I normally do, I've been more positive, and now, I'm just waiting to see if this helps me manifest the reality I'm attempting to create!
Update : I was meditating last night after less than a week of using. I was picturing a guitar in the corner of my room, trying to manifest it. Tell me why that same guitar I was trying to manifest was in my room the next day. I had no cash and wasn't planning on having any for a month, let alone finding this guitar I envisioned to purchase. This kind of scares me as I sometimes get lost in negative thought patterns. I don't wanna manifest any negativity!
So I've tried 2 other types of Ormus before this one and I can say that this one gave me the most lucid dreams. I'm usually a coffee drinker but I've substituted my morning coffee with Atomic Ormus + water w/ lemon and I haven't used my coffee maker since.
I'm fairly new at taking Ormus, so I decided to write down a couple of things I felt over the last 2 weeks that I've been taking this.
1. I've been having some very specific dreams, I am able to remember a lot of detail when I wake up. Which is really cool.
2. I've been feeling more energetic.
3. I have been hearing this noise inside my head... it started barely noticeable, now I can hear it almost non-stop and it's like a high pitch. I noticed that as I meditate it makes it louder, or... stronger. Not sure how to explain. It's not scary. I kinda like it, and I started researching about it and they call it the "hu" and its normal to hear when your kundalini awakens... (again, fairly new at this so I don't know much info about it, just what I experience).
4. Once in a while, when I'm relaxed, about to go to sleep (laying down) or even when I'm meditating, I can feel my body starting to rotate, but not really rotate. It's just a feeling that I'm floating or rotating. (Don't know how to explain). I have no idea what's that about, if you do, please tell me. Sometimes it starts very slow, but sometimes it rotates really quick and makes my stomach a little sick so I end up opening my eyes and the feeling goes away. Again, no idea what that's about, and it only happens when I'm relaxed.
5. It tastes like a very salty clam chowder... it's not pretty looking. But I usually take it and drink water or juice right after. Noticed that with time the taste doesn't bother me much.
In conclusion, I enjoy all of its effects, the dreams, the energy, the sound, and even the crazy rotating situation... Taste is not great but its something you can get used to.
I have a very high-stress job. After taking this ormus on a daily basis I have noticeably more energy, focus, and mental clarity at work. No more relying on coffee or Monsters to make it through my 12 hour shifts.

Still kinda early to tell if it's really working or not, but I have noticed a little bit of change. When I first took it I kinda felt a sorta rush enter me as though something had changed (only seconds after taking Atomic Ormus By Suspended solutions. Since taking it I have noticed some spots on my teeth that were once cavity like on the top layer between the tooth and gumline go away as though the enamel were repairing itself. I have also noticed some mild changes in thought processes that seem to allow my mind a little more access than I once had. It has also had a little bit of change in my moods. I don't feel moody or grumpy nearly as much. I hope to keep purchasing this product as I think over time new things will present themselves to me as I take it.
It does what is says it does, mental clarity, healing, energy, also the feelings of energy, skin cleanse ,it's pretty much god in a bottle lol, but also it works even better if you charge it with what you want it to do because ormus is half physical and half spiritual. Highly recommend for beginners !
