Prior to my Dad's knee replacement he used it 24 hours a day. He used it hot, cold and at times simply for compression pain relief. After his 7/16 surgery he doesn't need it as often but when he does have pain it's his go to pain reliever! He says it's better than a heating pad. I bought a full set for my mother and the ultimate for myself! This product is a dollar well spent and it's MADE IN THE USA!
I ordered this product because I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) and I refuse to take the drugs used to treat it. One thing that does help is a heating pad. But it's hard to put a flat heating pad on your knee and it's awkward having a cord attached to you.
I had two concerns about this product. One, would it fit, and two, would it get hot enough. I received it yesterday and immediately checked the fit. The bands that wrap around your leg are made from elastic and the fit was very comfortable. Last night I heated it up in my microwave, put it on my leg and went to bed. The heat was awesome. Better than that I get from a heating pad. It really helped with my RLS. I was actually able to get up later in the night and take it off. So glad I found this.

Love the scent and distribute heat evenly
Bought this for my mother-in-law who has a knee that needs a hot pack. She loves it! It holds the heat for as long as she needs it. I don't like overpowering strong smells but this really smells delightful. A mild mix of things that remarkably blend together well. Contains chamomile, cinnamon, lemongrass, peppermint, rosemary, spearmint, white willow, yarrow, yellow-dock root, flax seed and wheat. Love that it velcros on and can stay nice and snug. The fabric was not the same print as in the photo but that didn't matter.
