I think the auto turn off feature is great It has prevented possible skin burns. I have a problem because I use it for a very sore back every morning.
That means I have to sit against it. Now I have the problem of having to remove the folds on the pad every morning before I can use it. What am I doing wrong?
I like the size I wanted one that was smaller than my current one. I like that it heats up quickly but, it does not get as hot as I would like. Even on the highest setting it is not very hot. I like using heating pads over my clothing but, with this one I need to put it directly on my skin to make it feel warm enough.
The low setting is very low, barely gets warm. I would say it's not much different the the warm setting. Medium is a good temperature. The auto off is great to have if you accidentally fall asleep with it on or leave it on.
I really like this product. The variable heat settings and the safety feature of shutting off automatically make it a real winner.

Two Convenient Sizes; Same Great Functions.
Had to replace a thirty year old heating pad and didn't know if they even existed anymore so was happy to find this one, it's great for aches and pains.
This heating pad is flimsy. It will not stand up in the back of the chair. It is practically useless.
Seems to be in working order. Have not used it yet but it is a nice unit.
It does what it is supposed to
We needed the Auto/Off option for my 91 year old father in law. He had strained his back and was using a heating pad from a previous era and I was a little afraid of it. This pad did the trick and the control was easy for him to use as his vision is quite poor as well. This was a great purchase and will get a lot of use. It warmed up quickly and was warm enough on the first two settings for him.
