Purchased several of these and have them as gifts. Helps aching joints.
Light fragrance is soothing. Warms up nicely but wish it stayed hot longer
This does exactly what it is designed to do. I use it mostly to relieve leg and foot cramps when they are acting up. When applied hot, it eliminates 95% of my leg/feet cramps within one minute. I love the handles. I do not like the smell. I'll take the bad with the good, however.
The quality was good and it performs just like expected.

So far has only been used heated - but it's worked very well. Handles can be a bit rough, but not enough to knock off a star. Smells so good that I've considered ordering a second one.
Have back problems for many years and when my back starts to bother me - pop one of these into the microwave for 2 minutes and can sit at my desk and work. Makes it manageable.

Ahhhhh, relief!
But it's a good product, & this is probably my 5th one in about 12 yrs. I'm keeping it because I use these so often for arthritis in my neck, & frequent back pain, too. It's great for the neck; I wrap one in an old hand-towel before heating it for 2 min., which keeps it from burning my neck. Then as it cools, I finally remove the towel to take advantage of the remaining heat. HOWEVER, this green model really does not smell good, unless, of course, you're crazy about Vapo Rub! Too bad - I'm dousing mine in lavendar baby-powder each time I use it, (lately), hoping the other scent will fade, though it has not, as yet. The other fragrances MUST be better - or, just get the plain, unscented variety.
