I bought this and it works so well! I have to use heat on my neck and upper back for pain relief. This is so much easier to use then a plain heating pad that wont stay where you want it to. This Wrap Heating Pad-Shoulder is so easy to lift off of my shoulders and flip on the back of my sofa and get up, then sit back down, flip it back on my shoulders in place. I should have ordered it long ago. The heat works fast, it doesn't get too hot, that it burns you like the old heating pads, but hot enough for comfort. I didn't buy the one with massage, I read reviews of how they hurt your back leaning against it and didn't do any good anyway. Other reviews complained about a smell, this one doesn't have a strong odor at all. All is great with this product, very pleased and if I need another one, this is the one I would get. I just received it today, and I am so happy with it, I thought I would share with others since it took me a while to find a good price, style I needed along with comfort. Heat settings are lv 1-6 at each setting there is a light number comes on so you know where it is set at. There is also a light at the bottom of the control that stays on while you have it on it is the "auto on" light, I noticed it blinks when it is getting ready to shut off. If you want to turn it back on you can start it again. Very nice item

Pros: I used to wrap my shoulder using Clay Beads bag and its heat can not last very long. Once a while, i have to put it in the microwave to reheat it. This Electric Heating Pad is great upgrade. It is very versatile and easy to use. The design is perfect for shoulders and neck, it stays in place without having to hold it. It really helps relax my neck and shoulder muscle. Cons: If it has a higher temperature setting, it would be even better. Updated: I found if I directly use it over my undershirt, the highest temperature setting is perfect for me.
This pad is considerably bigger than most heating pads. This appears to be very well built and I like the soft brown velour surface. The extra size is useful for me to be able to wrap it around my neck and shoulders.The high heat is marvelous and so relaxing.

If the heating pad show "F" in the control panel, It means that the steps you used are wrong, you need to do as follows:
1.Connect the control unite to the heating wrap
2.The connect the control unite to the power supply
3.If the connection does not follow the sequence above, the heating wrap would not work with "F" being disaplyed on the screen.
It’s feel warm when the neck painful . The winter time my shoulder and neck always painful and hard cause the office works , so this perfect warm up my shoulder and neck . Very good idea
The size is very generous. Despite what other reviews say, I find the heat levels to be great. In fact I don’t use it on higher than a three. I haven’t actually tried it on the highest setting. Having FMS its great because it warms multiple trigger points at once, not just a couple.
I needed to find a shoulder-style heating pad that warms my neck. Many don't. They might have a "collar" but there's no heat. This one does! It heats quickly and comfortably. The magnet that holds to two ends of the collar together isn't very strong but the important thing is that is allows your neck muscles to relax. Yes, it does a great job on your back too!
I live by the product! I keep it in my nightstand and use it as often as I can. I love it for neck, but it also works great for back pain and menstral cramps. I recommend this to everyone! I even tried to take it on a long flight with me (it does not fit in the on-flight outlets).
I have no issues with this product. Before purchasing I read some reviews. People keep saying the heat doesn't get hot enough. If you are wearing a heavy shirt it won't warm up nearly enough to say so. This is because the heating pad has a comfy layer of protection already on it and with a heavy shirt of course you won't feel enough heat. I wear a tank top while using this and I couldn't be happier. It's hands free and will not over heat. I love this!
