So far it is as represented. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I purchased it because there are many times when a hot water bottle is needed. Like to ease toothache or ear pain. Looks to be good quality.
Bought this for my dad's aching back. It arrived promptly and works beautifully. The cute sweater really helps hold the heat in for a good long time. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to a friend.

Seems well made. Hopefully the metal threads will keep it from leaking (none so far). These stay hot a lot longer than rice "socks". Great for Montana winters and aching backs.

To ensure maximum life from the hot water bottle please read the following:
When filling the hot water bottle,DO NOT USE BOILING WATER.This may damage the rubber.
Fill only to two-thirds capacity maximum.When filling,hold the bottle in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid the hot water splashing back.
Before use, allow up to 20 minutes for the bottle to reach its maximum temperature.Prevent contact with hot surfaces.
IMPORTANT
Not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
Handing should always be carried out buy an adult.
Check stopper for wear and tear damage at regular intervals.
Bottles should be replaced after two years of use.
Hot water bottle can cause burns- avoid prolonged direct contact to skin.
I am very pleased with this HWB. Use it in bed for poor circulation in feet. Very comfortable. Only problem is the heart shaped tie is not attached to the cover so gets lost.
Well made, sweater is too and very cute.
