I absolutely love this pill organizer. First, I really liked that there were 4 compartments for each day which I need. I am on a lot of medication and some of the pills are really big. I take about 7 large pills in the morning alone and they all fit into the morning compartment. Plus the cute black carrying case is perfect for me when I am on the go and need to be discreet with my medications. Great purchase. =)

I am extremely pleased with this pill organizer. I wanted a large organizer and I got it. I can put about 10 vitamins in one of the compartments and there are 4 compartments. The faux leather case is very soft and roomy. I ordered a second one.

I was looking for a very large pill holder this is perfect. It can hold so many pills and large vitamins and fish oil pills plus a handy case. The case itself is little flimsy it's the pill cases that gives its shape and the flap. It is big but it keeps everything secure and in one case place. Also easy to fill

It's big - but if you take a lot of supplements its perfect.

Very pleased! Great for travel (two level safety close) and holds even the larger pills easily!

The DH takes A LOT of pills for a neuro disorder. He was in desperate need of a new pill organizer and we've looked at hundreds over the last year. Many are fairly gimmicky, with lots of little flippers and seams that can become brittle and break easily in our arid climate. He is so pleased that the mechanism to open each compartment doesn't actually have a bendy latch, rather it just pushes open. He also appreciates the thoughtful, almost professional-looking, black "leatherette" folio that holds the daily plastic cases. The magnetic closure is strong. I didn't measure, but closed, it looks like it is the same size as the old-school classic Franklin Covey daytimer. Filled with pills, it might be as heavy, too.

I've added some pics to show just how many pills you can fit into each section. Big Old Supplements like fish oils will fit approximately 6 pills in each cup. Smaller D3 pills or Ibuprophen tablets will fit about 20 in each cup.

I was a little worried about some reviews. they provided labels in case the printed on days wear off. I have other cases and they always wear off!
I wind up sanding it down and using a permanent marker to put on the days.
I was worried they would not stay closed, I tested each case and they are fine.
they must have fixed that.
price wise, these are a little high, but the quality is very good.
they are big, but right now I have bottles everywhere so this is fine by me!

I put out my concerns and people took time to write back which was very nice of them.
I'm giving this 5 stars, if they have problems I will adjust my review.

I have use my pill box for 2 months now and I love it. I have a lot of big vitamin pill like Vitamin E, etc. and I can just drop the pill in the boxes and do not have to worry about stacking the big pills in the box just the right way to get the pills to fit into pill box and not pop open. At first when I got it, I thought the pill box was to big until I realized I had plenty of room in the box to just drop my big pills anyway I want to in it.

In the one I got the manufacture must of fix the Leather holder. The pill boxes do not stick in the holder, they slide out of the carrying case very easy and it has a nice strong magnetic claps.
