Ever since I discovered this in the hospital I knew I wanted it at home. My lovely nurses gave me a couple to take home, and once I was home I checked for it on Amazon and lo and behold there it was. So far I've ordered twice and one order I got 2 boxes of them. Very easy to use. But don't used an ace bandage to wrap it around your arm or anywhere else. I wanted to feel maximum heat as well as not having to hold it on my arm for hours. But honey I don't suggest this, cause you will def get maximum heat and a nice burn too.
I use them for my Wife ,She's a Liver Transplant Patient and she needs her Blood Drawn every month so i place one on her forearm when I take to the Lab to get her Blood drawn it make easy for the blood to flow ( Because of the scar tissue ) yes I know the Lab gives them away on the day of blood draw. We don't like to wait for it work ,so we bring our own heat pad
This is the same company the hospital uses but smaller. First you have to get used to how to activate it. Use two hands and squeeze the liquid up the bag until you hear a pop. The heat is almost instant. It last about an hour.

If you have any medical reason for needing, heat 'quickly'... keep some of these around..
Even if you use other heated items. When you are in PAIN...getting up or even moving can be so painful you need something 'fast'!

Easy to activate. Gives off a great amount of heat that last for a little over a half hour, which for my use is perfect.. Used it to sooth the pain my incisions. Hospital initially gave it to me and I immediately bought a supply. Very inexpensive too.

These heat therapy patches are wonderful for pain relief on my hip that needs to be replaced. I place one on when I am in pain and it helps to relieve the symptoms.

Very good product. It provides good heat. Although some reviewers said that it doesn't get very hot, I think that's for safety concerns.
Having said that, it was hot enough to serve my purpose. I was introduced to this in the hospital and was fortunate to find it on
Amazon.
