Instructions for use:

● Clean the burn.

● Remove and discard blue film.

● Gently apply exposed moist pad over burn or wound.

● Cover with adhesive tape or stretch gauze.

● Change pad daily.

● If the pad becomes dry, moisten the pad and then remove.

● For severe burns or if complications occur, consult a physician.

● Single use only.

● Sterility guaranteed unless pouch is damaged or opened.

● If bag is torn, damaged or othe rwise compromised, do not use. Discard product.
