I purchased this folding walker for my mother. She feels very comfortable and secure using it. We hard a hard time assembling this product which should have been a very simple process. However, we got the job done. As a result of this, I've been in contact with Med Shop. Speaking with a very professional Customer Service Representative, Sarah, she explained that it must have been a manufacturer's defect because assembly is very easy. Since the walker was already functioning perfectly and no reason to return it, Med Shop gave me a full refund on the product. It was a win win. Therefore I highly recommend this walker and the interaction with Med Shop. They are a quality company. Thank you.
Should be advertised that wheels can be turned in so you can fit through narrow doorways.
Thought we were getting a "Carex" branded unit as in the picture accompanied review.
We got a "Vauun Medical" branded device.
I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 because of that
(I demand full disclosure when I spend my money)
and although it seems adequately sturdy,
it's not as rugged "feeling" as the full size unit that we purchased locally.
(Users with balance issues [just about everyone over 80] will be more confident with the medical grade full-size unit).
HOWEVER, the height is adjustable down to 30 ",

This walker works just as any other. What makes it amazing is the design which allows you to take it apart and place it in a suitcase. It was a life saver for me when taking my mom on a cruise vacation recently. Due to advanced Parkinson disease I pushed her on her wheelchair throughout the ship. This walker allowed her freedom within the cabin. If it weren’t for this walker I wouldn’t have been able to take her. I’m so grateful I found this product! THANK YOU!
I was so pleasantly surprised when this walker arrived. It is so well made and sturdy, and was completely assembled. All I needed to do was to push the individual buttons on the legs in to adjust the height. Since the holes that the buttons sync up with are on both sides of the tubing for the front legs, no disassembly is required if you want to move the wheels to the inside for narrow spaces. Just push the adjustment button in, turn each front leg to sync up with the hole on the other side, and it's done.

Very pleased with quality and ease of folding when transporting. I also ordered because of it's ease to break down and pack in large suitcase, and I'm not disappointed! I suggest this walker for anyone who travels and needs assistance after arrival at destination. .
Adjustment/folding leg buttons are a bit stiff, considering you have to use them to take it apart all the time. Hoping they will soften up with use. If your hands are really arthritic you may need heIp. It's sturdier/heavier than I expected for a travel walker.. but I'm plus sized so that's fine with me. If you were really short/tall you might find there is not enough adjustment range.
This walker has met all our expectations and needs after using it for knee replacement surgery. I added Drive Medical Walker Ski Glides to the rear legs which made it easier to slide on carpet floors. The product did require some assembly which was accomplished without difficulty and height adjustments were easily made. It is very easy to fold up for transport. Bought this one because I have a disabled person who was using a rollator walker with four wheels. She was falling down trying to keep up with that walker because she was pushing it too fast and too far ahead of herself because they roll so easy. We wanted to slow her down and give her something that didn't move so fast...this is perfect and it's working...she's not falling down any more.
I like the smaller size since I am short. It assembled easily and folds and unfolds easily. Exactly what I needed for dealing with a "bad" knee.
