Really large, I love the push button.. I take about 12 supplements a day, with two large calcium supplements. It all fits perfectly with enough room for more! I love the color scheme, the braille for those who need it, and the comforting click when you choose it. It's not child resistant, so keep that in mind. I'm happy I bought this! It's perfect for me.
Not only does the SURVIVE! pill organizer case work as intended, it's HUGE. My old standard weekly pill organizer ($1 from a big organizing store) was barely too small for every pill I wanted in each day. I knew I needed an upgrade when I resorted to putting a rubber band around it. I hunted for a simple weekly pill organizer that didn't have AM, PM, or anything else--just a bit bigger than what I had. Well this is plenty big. I could put another eight or ten horse- pill sized vitamins in there with my regular regimen. I probably wont, but it's nice to have more room than not enough. It also stays shut really well thanks to the little buttons on the side. My last one could pop open if it fell even a few inches or got hit. I even like the colors over the old plain Jane translucent. Unless you need your organizer to fit a specific, small space, you won't be disappointed with this one.
I bought this particular pill box after my previous selection failed to hold all of my supplements. As the grouping grows and grows, I began jamming them in fruitlessly. This pill box has now solved my problem.
It is very high quality and each compartment closes seamlessly and tightly. Even if you drop it, the boxes do not pop open. If you press the green button on the side, they do pop open, allowing for easy refills.
It has everyday of the week and makes it hard NOT to take your pills (which are usually hard to remember).
I would say that each box could hold up to 12 small pills and about 9 bigger pills.

I've purchased this unit before and this is a replacement to the one I lost and I really like it. It's got large compartments and the lids seal shut fairly well only rarely will I find some compartments have opened up after traveling with them in a bag, but all in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
This pill box is definitely large enough to hold all my supplements and medication. I gave it 4 stars because one of the push buttons does not close snugly. I did not find the flaw worrisome enough to return it since I am getting ready to take a trip and need it.

Finally a pill organizer that fit all my vitamins, 19 of them! Easy to open especially for those who have arthritis. For traveling, I can see that they possibly could open, but who cares just tape them if that is a big concerned. I love the size!
I take about ten-twelve supplements daily that are larger sized pills (ie fish oil / multivitamins) so I needed a compartmentalized organizer that would fit them. This did the trick. The pop open buttons are a fun addition to it. Highly suggest it if you're looking for a large sized pill / supplement holder.
I like this but its not good for traveling. The buttons are sensitive and open easily. I now keep it at home. Its still useful, but wanted to be able to keep it in my work bag. Once put it on my purse and 2 boxes opened. So I was fishing for pills in the bottom of my bag.
Best quality vitamin container I've ever bought. I am very happy with it. Lots of space for lots of vitamins. The opening and closing of the compartments is perfect.
