Love the fact that this has a felt lining to it. Take out of the freezer and put it on. No waiting because it's too cold. Once it cools of to much flip it over and keep using it.
The extra handheld ice/heat pack is a nice addition. For the most part it works and the mask maintains a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask is the straps. The top straps are kind of secure, but they go right above your ear and if you take it off too quickly, you can give your ears a paper cut. They bottom straps basically go around the chin and neck so it hangs very loosely.

This little mask feels so very good on a sensitive skin or a sunburned face. It also works to help calm down the redness in my face associated with my rosacea. I keep it in the little drawer in my refrigerator and will pop it on for about 10-15 minutes it is so cool, soothing and refreshing. It also helps if you have a frontal headache. I would buy it again.
I love the soft fabric. The mask cools evenly. Only downside is the straps are too short and/or the Velcro is hard to adjust and stick.

We really enjoyed this face mask!
It helps with headaches and sinus pain! It is very comfortable and also great when you are feeling hot. The only reason why I put 4 stars and not 5 is because the mouth part doesn’t seem to be aligned properly, but that doesn’t make that big of a difference...
This mask is awesome but there are a few things that I do wish were a little different.
I read reviews to understand why the straps didn't fit correctly. You have to cross them in the back and it does fit a lot better. I do wish that the mask was bigger to cover my entire face. It covers most of it but it would be nice if it covered all the way to my ears. The nose and mouth hole are off and do not fit correctly but it isn't a big deal. I LOVE the soft lining in the mask so you don't get cold burn and when the mask starts to warm up, you can just flip it to the other side. People complaining about it being stiff are stupid. It was frozen...what do you expect? Just move the beads around a little to make it bend to your face. It also stays cold a long time if it was in the freezer (about 30 mins).
I have mild rosacea, and this works wonderfully to tone down puffiness in the morning. TIP: If you are also using it for puffiness or rosacea, put it in the fridge, not the freezer, and this will gently reduce puffiness. If it is frozen it may irritate your skin more (again, this tip is only for everyday puffiness and rosacea).
