Nice product! Well made. The backside has ultra soft plush fabric and it feels very comfortable. I tried several times and it does help to relieve the headaches.

I ordered this product to relieve my headache. I put it into fridge and use it after my back from work when I just feel tried and stressful. Then I put on this mask into my head for a little while. It's perfect! My head is not so pain and feel cool and good. It can be also used after sun burn and let my skin cool down....... I think I will try the other product from this seller because their price is really decent for such good value!

It is a good product but I would prefer it to cover the eyes and if the top had its own straps to hold it down to cover the forehead would be better.

I struggle with horrible allergies most of the year and find it it does a number on the sinuses around my eyes and cheeks. This is exactly what I need on those problem days when everything loos puffy and swollen. Its also very soothing to use right before falling asleep. Its a great buy!

Update: manufacturer contacted and offered to make purchase right. Great customer service that cares about customer and improving product.

Love this - if yoy have a large nose the nose hole cane be tricky.

it looked like the picture but smaller , I needed something to cover the areas of my surgery and it didn't but I sufficed with it ,

Works well, but doesn’t stay cold for a long period. It is comfortable and affordable.

Overall, I really love this mask. I really like using this as a frozen ice mask at night/early morning to help with puffiness and redness. It works really well for that purpose. I like that it's cold and makes it a noticeable difference in my skins appearance.

The downside to this mask is that it doesn't lay very well on the face. If you want it to touch under your eyes or on the outside of your eyes, you have to hold it down. It also doesn't seem to stay cold for very long (but I put this in the freezer on my minifridge, so that could be the issue) and isn't very cold when you wear it with the soft part touching your face.

Other than some of the minor issues, I really do like this, and do use it fairly often.

Bonus: you look really funny with it on.

It’s a little smaller than shown. Just a lil bit. It’s great with the fridge and ice box. Can’t keep it in the microwave too long. For me it’s 11 maybe 12 seconds. I noticed 4 pops by 13secs. Holds heat for short time. Blocks out no sun, it’s a light color so.. very soft materials used. Fits well and it stretches. I have a huge head so I’m pleased.
