4pc Large Size / MEDICAL ALERT-FIRST AID container PILL CASE - Key Chain - Water Resistant

Great watertight bison container for Geocaching. Placed the first cache using these containers over a year ago with no problem keeping the log dry or it rusting shut. The rubber O-ring will need to be replaced eventually, but they are cheep and easy to find. Also a sound O-ring is a must for these to keep contents dry but also to prevent overtightening of the lid. They come with a plastic insert that I remove for a little more room inside. Happy enough with them that I just ordered another 8. For the price you can't go wrong.

***UPDATE*** There are 2 sizes under this "Large" size and it depends on the vendor. If you want the smaller of the 2 and the one that matches the description get the one from Micro-Tools. I posted a picture of each.

These were bigger than what i wanted, But they are heavy made well containers for the price. These will hold about 25 quarters, That`s a lot of pills. That`s a little too big to carry around in your pocket. I need the bottles that will hold dimes, they are just right.an they will hold a nitro bottle perfectly. these are too big, they would rattle around in this container. I will keep these an give them as gifts .a nice stocking stuffer with $6.00 worth of quarters

This is a pretty nice product, especially considering I paid $4.50 for a 4 pack!

These were sold by hobbytoolsupply, fulfilled by Amazon.

No plastic liner, like some other similar bottles seem to have. Bottle and cap are anodized inside and out.

Threads work well, no nasty squeaky noises. The o-ring secures the cap with a nice soft friction stop.

- Dimensions -
Jar OD: 29.8mm near the base, 31.2mm near the cap
Jar ID: 26.8mm (this is the threaded area, but it looks like it's this diameter all the way down)
Jar Height: 51.6mm (items stored inside can be a couple mm taller than this, because the cap is hollow inside)
Cap OD: 31.7mm
Cap ID: 24.2mm
Overall Height: 59.6mm excluding the keyring post, 66.0mm including it
Keyring Post OD: 7.2mm
Keyring Post Height: 6.4mm
Keyring OD: 30.4mm

I found that it fits $7.75 in US quarters perfectly: the cap snugs against the o-ring and the quarter at the same moment. With $8 in quarters, the cap didn't bottom against the o-ring.

Mine came in individual plastic zip bags, and then all were inside a larger plastic bag. There were a couple of dings on them, leaving a couple of sharp edges. They're not show peices, but fine for my purposes.

The triangular bit that secures the keyring is not particularly strong

I love the size. I love the colors, which haven't chipped. I love the seal. I do NOT love that the triangular metal ring came off and my bottle flew across the floor while I was out shopping in a local store. I carry my baby aspirin in it so I'll have it on me at all times. So, I'll pull out the pliers and tighten the ring and hopefully I won't 'almost' lose it again.

As the other reviewers have stated these are built well, the screw lines are free of defect and operate easily with fine thread. The only drawback I saw was the triangular attachment point to the keyring circle is merely pressed together, made of a fairly soft metal and fitted to the top of the container. Any twisting of consequence and viola!- separation! I solved this with some effort and threaded the substantial key ring directly into the top of the container itself. No more problem. The containers are light and durable and the water resistant tag must be a liability-generated "lawyerese" of some type because I held it under runnung water with the screw top down tight on the o ring and recieved no moisture whatsoever on the interior. satisfied with this product. Improve on the weak link, cause theres always one somewhere right?!

4pc Large Size / MEDICAL ALERT-FIRST AID container PILL CASE - Key Chain - Water Resistant

I carry in my 2 Advil's wrapped in the plastic wrap piece-in case headache strikes suddenly, and the rest is digestive enzymes and probiotics, in case I will eat out, since i have some food intolerances and you just never can be sure, what restaurants exactly put in their food. Natural pills are quite large, so I can fit just about 4 or 5 of them additional to Advils.
My came exactly as in the picture -colors and all. I carry one on my keys daily for about a month now, and so far so good - nothing fell off, no chipping paint. It seems to be nicely made.

Update: after about two months, the metal part that connects bottle to the circle (jump ring)opened up and bottle fell- I have to figure out how to attach it more securely, maybe with a short ball chain. For now I am using the other one, since a got four.

They are great for all the pills and supplements I take on a daily basis and usually take away from home. However I do recommend replacing the attachment piece as it WILL get pulled from your key ring. The company would be better served by leaving the attachment off and just sending the key ring with it having you thread it on the lid.

I would recomend these to anyone who has to carry meds (or anything else small) with them at all times. I've been using these for several years and one of the best things is the steel ring in the top. Some others only have the flange with a hole in it which makes it very difficult to open the container when you're stressed or have issues with your hands. I've wrestled with the others and these are much easier to open when you have to do it quickly.... A cost effective way to keep your meds handy, fresh, and dry. With multiple colors you can code by med, by day, or color coordinate with your attire! It's always good to have options!

These pill holders are large, a little bit bigger than I was expecting though they will work out well for what my vitamins and other pills that I take on a daily basis. I won't have to refill this everyday and that is a bonus in my eyes. To give you something to easily visualize the size of these pill holders I put a quarter inside and there was a little bit of extra room around the sides, see picture. Now for how many quarters you can fit in here is $7.75 worth, or 31 quarters stacked on top of each other. This will come in handy as I don't have a washer and dryer in my apartment so it will also serve as a container for my quarters when I go to the laundromat. These arrived exactly as pictured and even the same colors; red, blue, black, and silver (I'm sure that it could change or you could get different colors though that is what I received).

These are perfect for your purse. I had been using the child resistant small pills containers...they open in my purse and all my meds are everywhere. No more wasting them! I bought a few to give to friends. Colors are shiny...I'm sure they'll scratch, but that's not important to me. Easy to open and it's seals very well. I would say you could put 10 caplets inside easily. Great invention.
