Using this for a broken heel. I have trouble getting the ice packs into the boot and opened all the way. I gave only 3 stars for versatility only because I dont see how it could be used for anything else.
Perfect for ankle surgery.
I wish it reached over the toes as well. It doesn't fully enclose the entire foot. I don't have enormous feet either (9.5 M) Otherwise a great product.

Could not of asked for anything better. The boot ices the whole ankle area and portion of foot. Can be used on both feet comforably.

Love this !! It has 2 sheets of ice cubes inside and the wrapper is cloth so it reduces the risk of freezer burn. There is no ice on the bottom of the foot which actually is good if you sprain your ankle, you don't need to freeze the bottom of your foot. Bang for the Buck this is a great item !!! It is for an adult foot but 10 year old kids can make it work. As a coach, I tell all my kids parents to buy this. Don't forget, buy 2. Also don't throw away the bag it comes it .. I keep it in the bag and stick the whole thing in the freezer.
Awesome way to ice an injury or surgery! Don't hesitate to get this. I got it to ice over a cast and it fits over the (big) surgical cast. It keeps your wound or cast dry.
