Our last vaporizer broke and my son and I have asthma. This was our replacement and it is great. I will say that the medicine runs out quicker than our last vaporizer but this has worked wonders. It is also tiny and takes up much less room than our previous vaporizer. Creates a lot of steam.
I will give it a 4 only because they have a shelf life of about 3 months if you use them 4 times a day as I do. I am about to order, I believe, my 12th unit over the last 2 to 3 years. They just stop working. However, they are quite inexpensive - work great while they work - easy to travel with and great for using in the car if you make sure you get one with the car charger, or have one. They only work with the car charger supplied with the unit. I now have 4 car chargers so I don't bother buying one with that accessory any longer.
They use these units exclusively both while traveling and at home because they have such a small footprint, and if you travel a lot as we do, they are heaven sent, because I used to travel with the larger units, and they take up way too much space in your suitcase. However, always travel with two because you never know when the one you are using will just stop working.
My wife uses this at night as needed and just a few minutes has her breathing normally again. This has helped her with her asthma and has gotten us through a few head colds as well. I would order this item again.
Easy to use and does what it is suppose to without the bulk.
It operated as it said it would,lots of mist without waiting but I found that I needed the warm steam for my asthma.The cool mist wasn't effective for me. I had to return it and they were very prompt in refunding my purchase price and my shipping fee without hesitation.

Works well except it's not very easy to use with young children as the picture suggests. As the mouth piece detaches from the other part easily if child turns their head or moves much at all.
