I wasn't sure I liked this set of packs at first. They were quite stiff and I wanted something to wrap around a foot healing from surgery. However, they loosen up when they are out of the freezer a little while. But, what I really like is how long they stay cold. It is hard to put weight on my healing foot, so, I have been loading up a bag with various ice packs. These hold the cold for hours longer than some. A very important factor when trying to minimize trips to the freezer. I haven't used the wrap a lot, but, it seems to work well when I try to secure the wrap on my foot ( it works even better with some of my larger ice packs).
I had total knee replacement and I use this product 3 times a day and it works great. It has two ice packs, so you can use one and the other is frozen to use the next time
I like these. I’ve only used for cold. They stay cold for a long time and I can bend them around my joints. I have very small limbs, so the strap is way too long for my needs. I’d buy a smaller one if they had one because it’s soft and useful.
