Helps relieve the pain/pressure from hunching over my computer at work, easy to use, stays warm for quite some time. Love it!
I've been training for a trail race and this has been perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a long, cold run in the mountains. One of the things I never really considered is how much of a beating your neck and shoulders get when running. Stick this for about 3 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave and it'll loosen up the shoulders, neck, and traps fast.
This heating pad is amazing! I have chronic trapezius muscle strain; I am either in pain or achey from the top of my neck, down my spine to the middle of my back, and across my “wings” the majority of the time. This heat pad brings me great relief when everything is hurting. The lavender and chamomile scent is so nice and when I put the heating pad on I feel like it is instantly soothing my body and energy.
The clip in the front helps to keep it in place. I am 5’7” with an athletic build and this heating pad fits me nicely — big enough to manipulate it in the way I want but small enough that I don’t overheat. I microwave my heat pad for 3 minutes and it lasts a good 20 minutes.
Planning on getting one for my mother who had rotator cuff surgery last year. Highly recommend.
I've needed a heat pad to wear around in daily work and this is perfect. The clasp secures it so it doesn't slide off, the pad is large enough to cover my shoulder blades and down the middle of my back.(I'm a medium sized woman) It's the best I've found at a great price.
This large microwaveable heating pad is great to relieve neck pain and back pain. I sit in front of my desktop for more than 10 hours a day, and this heating pad literally saves me. I highly recommend it to people who need to sit for long or have backpain/neckpain issues. :) Thank you for making such nice heating pad! :) Oh, and the herb smells great - very soothing.

no bad chemical smell, good weight, good size, nice heat. no regrets. thanks so much for good product!
Very easy to use and fits perfectly. Just throw it into the microwave for a few minutes and this thing will keep you warm.
I've has this product for 2 days now. All I can say is it is fabulous. So glad to I purchased this amazing product. I have constant neck and shoulder pain. Until I recieved this I would use those small heating packs that never hit all the right spots at once. This does the job plus I can walk around and do anything without worrying about it sliding off. I would love to purchase another one for my parents, but unfortunately they do not own a microwave and wouldn't be able to heat it up. If there is another means of heating these up please let me know. I would gladly buy another one.
The combination of weight and heat distribution engulfing the tight pressure points is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It’s like a petite Thai massage lady straddled the back of your neck with a velour saddle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
That it causes the hook loop closure to choke my neck due to the back being too heavy and longer than the front. Other than that it works great.
