I've been taking L-Theanine as a pill for several years now and recently moved to the powder so I could better adjust my consumption based on needs. I use L-Theanine to counter the negative effects of caffeine intake in coffee and tablets.
I've been using the product for over a month and am so far pleased. The powder dilutes well in coffee and water and has no flavor or aftertaste.
One thing I would recommend to the producer is to either include or make available a 1/8 tsp. scoop which is the approximate serving size. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a gram scale to weigh out your servings. What I tend to do is put a 1/4 tsp into my 4-cup coffee maker along with the other powdered supplements for my "coffee boost".
