Excellent product. Used these HAND warmers in our gloves AND SHOES on a very cold Alaska vacation. They do take a bit of time to fully warm up (as stated in instructions) but I promise you if you read the instructions and shake them up properly these suckers get pretty dang toasty - and they stay warm for a long time. Once we got off of the cruise ship I gathered the used ones and put them in my backpack and later I was surprised at how much heat I could feel radiating from them against my back. Walking around I was like, what the heck is so freaking hot in my bag?? Oh, it's the warmers, wow! I'm surprised they're still so hot! Lol, true story, hope this review helps.
I ordered these to have for our holiday nights out. We walk the streets and go look at Christmas lights. These were great in my gloves and kept me warm, they were also small enough to fit in my children's gloves and kept them warm. I ordered a ton and gave some to a friend so he could have warm hands on his motorcycle on the colder days!
I swear by these. I use them for skiing and outdoor activities and often end up handing one over to someone whose hands are cold. I have been using them for years in VT and upstate NY, I find the hand warmers work better than the toe warmers, but use them both religiously.
I went camping in mid December and woke up one day to 24 degree weather. I placed about five of these hand warmers in my sleeping bag and I was kept warm all night. These warmers helped me to maintain mobility in my hands in the cold.
these are great hand warmers for you. it keeps my hands warm, esp after I wash them. it takes a little time to work, maybe half an hour, but once it does they are warm. they wont burn your hands if you hold them, but I wouldn't place them on your face for too long. they last a good 10 hours, so before you trash them, wait a good day. if they cool down, put them in your pocket to fast heat them. it works

my daughter needed some help this winter and I sent her these. She doesn't have a car and walks to work. I use them in the barn when my fingers start to hurt from low temperatures. They really work, although there is a longer lasting version, these are fine for what I need. and the price was less.
Like the name says, it gets and keeps your hands warm. Good price good build quality. One thing to be aware of, is that if you leave them in your pocket...your front pocket especially, things get hot. It keeps slowly building up heat and if there is no place to take the heat...well let's just say things can get a bit uncomfortable. Kind of like a frog in a hot pot of water. So, just be careful.
I use these as a non-electronic method to keep my camera lens warm while capturing time-lapses of the Milky Way. I stuff 2 or 3 in a sock and wrap it around the lens, which keeps it from fogging up. It's low tech, but it works beautifully and one set lasts all night. I also put one in my pocket with my phone to keep its battery warm, which prevents it from shutting down in freezing temperatures. They're also good for fingers and toes, of course.
Took these to Disney over Christmas when it was cold at night. They offered just a nice amount of heat and I felt okay having my kids (6-10 years old) hold these. Almost felt like holding a cup of hot coffee.
These hot hand stay warm longer than you would think. They are very easy to activate but I recommend doing so before you go out into cold weather since it is not immediate. Each pouch comes with two hot hand warmers. You can open them separately which I like since sometimes I just want one.
