This product is amazing. It is a great weight, not too heavy but weighs enough that it stays in place. The lavender scent is so light so I can smell it but it does not set off my allergies. It took 2 minutes to warm up in my microwave and then i wrapped my neck and shoulders into velvety warmth. I have an old shoulder injury that still hurts after 5 years and Ihave struggled between smelly creams or staying in bed with a heating pad attatched to a cord. This is nice that I can still be mobile to do light chores or move around without worring that it will fall off. The warmth lasts about 30 minutes. This can also be placed in the freezer to use for more recent injuries that require ice. You dont have to worry about leaking ice packs or little gel bags that dont stay in place. I would definitely recommend this product!

When the pad is heated up, the herbal smell is just enough to calm but not over powering.
The weight of the pad is heavy and helps to make you rest your shoulders. Since the pad goes around both shoulders, it stays on easily so you can do other activities.

I absolutely LOVE this weighted, aromatic heat source for my chronic neck pain. I put it in the microwave, first for one minute but realized it wasn't hot enough. So I think depending on the wattage of the microwave, you may have to experiment with heating time. I put a paper towel down, set this in the microwave, heated for 90 seconds, flipped it and heated for another 90 seconds. Once in place on my neck & shoulders, I threw a hoodie on, zipped it up with the hood up and this thing remained warm for a long time!
I like this product. I am used to making a quick bean or rice sock for a heating or cooling pad and they work great but this product is a game changer. It sits well on the affected area. The outside material is teddy bear soft against my skin and because it has such a large surface area it applies enough pressure to let the heat penetrate. Now it does take a few microwave trips to heat through but the heat lasts long enough to serve its purpose. The infused aromatherapy is relaxing without being overpowering and I am very sensitive to smells especially when in pain. I would purchase this product again for someone wanting a no fuss heating pad. I have not used it for cooling so I cannot speak on how that would work. But it is a solid product.
I am really impressed with this heat pack! It is just the right size to cover from the collar bones up and down to the shoulder blades with a nice collar to take care of the back of head. The pack smells amazing and stay warm for soooo much longer than my rice packs! This is a godsend for helping with my migraines.

This heating pad is so awesome! The weight is perfect and it is very soft. It is also the perfect size. This heating pad is a little larger than some that barely cover your neck...I found it very comfortable and really liked that it covers the neck and shoulders so well. Also, the aroma from the herb filling was pleasant but not overpowering. I received this product to test, but would purchase it on my own and recommend it to anyone looking for a great heating pad.
This heating pad is awesome! Super simple to use put it in the microwave 3 times for 30 second and the heat is perfect the best part is that you can move around freely and it doesn't fall of I wore it while chasing my 3 year old around after about 10 minutes my neck felt amazing!
I can’t say enough good things about this great portable heating pad!!! I microwaved it to the max of 3 minutes and it was nice and warm. It kept heat for a good 20-30 minutes. It does have an herby scent which we found soothing. Don’t think twice about ordering this. It is nice and heavy so it stays put. And after using for a few weeks we love it even more. I have cold feet all of the time which drives my husband crazy. So I throw this baby in the microwave for 2 minutes and put down by my feet when I get in bed. Works like a charm!
