I love this eye pillow. I have chronic migraines and often need to lay down in a quiet, cool dark room. Sometimes, my migraine pain is right behind my eyes and in the past, I would place a large cool sleeping pillow over my head for similar (but not equal) results. One day I was on Amazon looking for migraine oils and saw this eye pillow. I decided to order one and give it a try. All I can say is that it works great and feels very relaxing. I keep this pillow in a zipper bag in my freezer and grab it anytime I need to rest. The material is very smooth and this pillow retains the cool feeling for a long period of time. When it begins to loose its cool, I give it a shake or two and place it back on my eyes. Anyone with migraines could benefit from this without question.
My whole family loves the smell of this pillow. My son 'bought' this for me (yes, through my own acct, lol) and gave it to me for xmas. I really do love it, and I use it plenty. I get regular tension headaches, and this just feels good, smells relaxing and doubles as an eye cover, hahaa.
I've had these eye pillows for a while and I'm still enjoying them. The scent does lessen over time but I've had no trouble dropping some essential oil on it to revitalize it again. Very relaxing and soothing, but most if all good quality. I would recommend a washable cover to put on it since the product comes with the cover sewn on.
Just what I was looking for. I had one similar and wanted a replacement. It is very soothing on the eyes, especially when cooled. I find it very relaxing when I use it just before going to sleep.
The lavender scent did fade somewhat after about 2 weeks, but I can still smell it today, just over a month after it arrived. Really, the scent was not the reason that I bought it. It is nice, but the main thing how it feels on my eyes. Even if the scent were to fade completely (it hasn't) it would still do the job for which I bought it.
