I purchased this product as an addition with inositol as it help aid in absorption. Choline helps detox the liver. However, in conjunction with inositol, it helps with egg quality and weight loss. I’ve read many success stories about inositol and choline so I figured I would give it a try. However, I wanted the best quality and am glad I choosed this company as I am super happy with the price, quality and quantity. It is basically tasteless and can be mixed with any liquid of your choice. I have had no issues with digestion. I do drink plenty of water with it. I will continue to purchase both these products from this company as I’m trying to conceive.

First off, let me start with this little tip that will save you from the potential headache of the zipper on the bag not sealing properly. When the bags are filled, they are not sealed off by using the zipper, and instead the top of the bag is sealed instead. This leads to the product moving around in the bag during shipping and handling, which ultimately leads to it getting in the zipper tracks. The simple solution is once you open up the bag for the first time, take a toothpick and use the tip to clean out the inside of the tracks, as well as the outside of the single track. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. The quality seems on par or higher than other brands that I have tried, and you simply cannot beat the price, or the fact that there are zero fillers.
As always BulkSupplements provided highest quality product. I bought from them Inositol and Choline L- Bitartrate and taking both in following dosage: 2 times per day mixing in water 3/4 tsp of Inositol and 1/16 tsp of Choline L-Bitartrate. They both will mix very well with water giving clear water with little sweet with slightly sower taste. Inositol gives sweetness and Choline L-Bitartrate gives that taste of lemonade.
Today is 4 days since I started taking these with water two times per day. Do I see any changes? I can not expect too much so soon, but for sure Anxiety attacks and depression are not so bad anymore. Plus now I can sleep little better.
I can’t speak about my PCOS and Rosacea, which is autoimmune disorder. I might update later after a month or so.
I am giving it also to my 8 years old son, who has some Autistics symptoms. I am mixing for him dosage two times smaller than for myself. He became more calm and focused. Last two days he had no screaming episodes. Today he was able to follow all directions without any problems. We do a home-cooked diet for our cat (unfortunately she's not too interested in raw yet, but we'll get there eventually), adding in supplements such as choline ensures she's getting better nutrition than possible with just store bought. We've trusted Bulk supplements with several orders of various things both for our pets and ourselves and have always been happy with what we received. Super easy and accurate way to know she's getting something so important for her. BTW - there are dozens of additional supplements cats need (Bulk supplements carries most of those, too) if you cook your cat's food (and with raw, but then it's a bit different than what's needed for cooked); for your cat's sake, please research this and feed/supplement the right way.
So aside from the flavor this has to it, it's great. And such an awesome deal. For how much you get and the price I'm going to continue getting this from bulksupplements. Although this is going to last me a while! I didn't care for a slight sour ish taste when mixed with just water. So Prob best to mix it with something else unless you don't mind it. No side effects or anything and is def helping my energy level as well.
I changed to this from the cheaper version because I'm highly motivated to keep my kidneys happy. The texture is finer than the other kind and it dissolves a little more easily too.
The product has the consistency of medium-grain table salt and tastes mostly salty and slightly eggy. The egginess is not enough to badly taint a mildly flavored beverage that you may be considering drinking this with. It dissolves very well.
