I was definitely skeptical of this device but for the price I figured why not. My snoring had gotten a little worse and I was certainly sick of the wife elbowing me all night! Tried this thing out and it worked! It is a bit uncomfortable to put it on but once it’s on I didn’t notice it. I am allowed to sleep on my right side facing away from her and this never fell out. If you’re sick of your wife disturbing your slumber I’d highly suggest getting one of these!

So, I decided to try this product for an entire month before I wrote a review. I've gotta say that it DOES work if it can fit in your nose. Which you wont know until you try. My nose is a little small so it was a little uncomfortable at first, but my boyfriend did say that he didn't hear me snoring like a bear anymore and I do wake up without my throat hurting because I snore so much. So, I would recommend this for people who chronically snore.
Very good device to keep breathing thru nose with mouth closed , I got it to prevent dry mouth and burning tongue, works great breathing cleaner air with the filter better full sleep achieved.
It took a few times to get get used ti it, but after i did it definitely helped me sleep better .I suffer from sleep apena as,well as a deviated septum,yes i am still a nose breather wile i sleep .With these i am able to achieve a deeper sleep and breathe easier throughout the night.
