Per my earlier review (see below), I originally gave this heating pad product one star. I am now revising my comments and giving it four stars. As stated below, when I first received the product, my experience was that it did not get very warm, let alone hot. At that time, I simply put the heating pad on my shoulder without anything more. With further experience, I have discovered that, when placing a covering such as a towel or light jacket on top of the heating pad, the temperature becomes much warmer and the various settings register differences in heat. The covering acts to keep the heat from escaping into the air. I find it but a small inconvenience to have a cover handy when using the heating pad and therefore I retract much of my initial criticism of the product.

This heating pad is really a second-rate product. I bought it to use in conjunction with therapy following surgery on my rotator cuff. It looked good in that it could be used moist or dry, and was advertised to have several heating settings. After it arrived, however, I discovered that it barely gets warm at any setting. In fact, I cannot tell the difference between the warm, low, medium, or high settings. It definitely does not get hot enough to be of any therapeutic value for me. I plan to return it.
Nice little heating pad... But I'm returning it. Set on HIGH is only mildly warm, which might be what some would like. I was hoping for more heat options, sometimes certain conditions require more. Very attractive, great seller, just wasn't was what I was hoping for.
This heating pad works well. The moisture sheet inside is awesome. The penetrating heat is no joke. It made all my aching joints feel better. The size of this thing is awesome. I am able to wrap it all the way around my knee or stomach which is great as an ex-athlete. My only criticism is that this heating pad gave me a small rash on my neck after about 25 minutes on the medium setting. I would suggest using it over sweat pants or putting a blanket between you and this heating pad.
Nice long size, several heat settings and a wonderfully soft cover. I kept one for myself and the other is for puppies at the Cozumel Humane Society. Even though this is a tropical island it does get cold in our winter . I'm sure the puppies or kittens will love the one for them.
Just started using it for some relief from leg pain so its' too soon to say if it is working but the size of the pad is good (and this was the smaller size) and the speed at which it heats up is very good.

I bought this heating pad mainly for my menstrual cramps and this has been my lifesaving item. Medium was the highest level I used when I was in great pain and I left the heating pad on for the whole night on warm level. The heating pad didn't make the pain to go away but it did a great job to soothe and ease my pain, very very comfortable. The power cord is long enough to reach my bed and there was a very soft, small container pouch, which was very convenient. I thought of buying a larger size to warm myself in bed on up coming winter days.
It came on time and works well. I like the long pad. Seller contacted to be sure everything was great and the product can be registered.
Got this the other day and it is amazing! It’s nice and fuzzy the softest heating pad I have ever stroked. It also comes with a super cute bag that is also the sofest material I have ever touched. It has 4 heat settings which are fantastic. When used on my lower tummy (girl issues) or lower back it can go hip to hip and then some. It also has built in cushion too, not much but just enough.
Purchased this heating pad for my mother who has spinal stenosis which causes pain down her right side. She loves it! Keep it on for hours. She actually fell asleep and had a sound night’s sleep for the first tome in months. We like that the unit shuts itself off after three hours. So far she’s tried it on her back, her knee and her leg.
