Works well. Caution, don't place it in a microwave too long, about 45 seconds was maximum for us. It will burn you. Otherwise, it's a great product.
Great for chronic neck pain. Doesn't hold heat as long as the Thermipaq pads with the clay-like material inside, but the moist heat is nice and the shape is perfect for neck use.

Heats well in microwave. Holds heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Terrific. Very relaxing for neck or upper shoulder tightness. But flexible enough to use about anywhere.

I didn't know they made a shoulder clay heating product until I went online to search for the extra large back product. I so love both of them. The clay retains the heat so much longer than the gel products. I won't use any other.

My wife's therapist recommended this to treat frozen shoulder. It has helped tremendously.
