I like the tea, and enjoy drinking it in the evenings even now that I have quit. It is very relaxing. The cup is nice and I also use it often. Not sure if it was will power or what that helped me quit, but this did not hurt. It also gives you something else to do besides picking up a cigarette for those times when the urge hits. For those who are quitting what helped the most was an e-cigarette. I switched to it, enjoyed it and smoked it all I wanted. I cut back on the amount of nicotine and gradually it was just a nervous habit. I just don't have the addiction to the nicotine any more.
This tea is perfect! The blend is vivacious. It reminds me of a chai (tea in Russian) tea with milk I used to drink a long time ago, although the price for a single cup is far fetched. My husband has been smoking for 25+ years. We have looked into getting him on some smoking cessation meds but they are so expensive and not covered by our insurance.
