This pill organizer is *so* much better that the cheaper ones that look similar. The plastic is thicker and more refined. The lids pop up because there is a strip of some bendable material that acts like a spring. The latch is so much more robust that my old ones. I do not expect to open my luggage to find my luggage full of pills all over the place. (I'll still probably put it in a gallon zip-lock bag, but that's more about keeping it clean and sanitary.) Now that I have and have used this organizer, I wish I had found it earlier. Well worth the money!
I have two pills that I'm supposed to take twice a day, and I was having trouble remember if I took them or not because I have such an odd work/sleep schedule.This makes it so easy. And as a bonus, I've now gotten more into vitamins because of this thing. Now I just organize my doses of vitamins and supplements in with my meds, so now it takes no effort to take them. Once a week I get all of daily pill/vitamin bottles out of my medicine cabinet and prepare them for the week, instead of trying to remember to take each of them twice a day.
Also, I noticed that you can separate the trays from the big main tray. So you can pop up all of the night half and have only that, or all of the day half and have only that. you can't separate the days from each other, just the night week and the day week.
And I like how cute and rainbow it is! It's exactly as pictured.
Really like this pill organizer - the quality feels nice. Plastic is nice and sturdy and the buttons to open lids work well and dont feel cheap. The color is great and I like that you can separate the night and day rows. My only complaint is that the text is upside down and reversed on one side, which makes it confusing if you separate it from the other side.
I'm a home health RN, and I handle a lot of pill boxes. This is my personal pill box, because it has large compartments, and you have to push a button to open the individual compartment, which prevents them from accidentally popping open. High quality construction!
Love the nice large apartments and easy pushbutton opening tops. The lid of the compartment is actually hinged instead of a half plastic that breaks after multiple openings. I like that the morning side and evening side can be removed.

I’m 28 and love this for all my vitamins. I can fill it up once a week and only have this on my dresser and not a bunch of bottles all around. Love the night and day too!
THIS COMPLETELY STOPS THE PILL DROPPING. THE TOPS STAY OPEN TO FILL. BUT MAN IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE SO BIG. IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO TRAVEL WITH.
This worked really well in not popping open when I traveled. I still put it in a Ziploc but not loose pills and very sturdy construction. A+++++
