I love this pill organizer! It's nice and discreet and the snaps on the cases are much sturdier than my previous pill boxes. Each contain also holds quite a bit. I fit 2 calcium chews and a couple of small pills in one of them. I'm very pleased with it.
this is awesome. i really only used the top compartment for my daily pills and vitamins, however; i used my labeler and made labels for all the other boxes with OTC meds. this lets me carry ibuprofen, benedryl, tums, migraine medications etc...without the nuissance of all my pill bottles in a purse. its a perfect size and the holder for the pill box strips is made better than i expected it also has a see through folder that i made a card of meds and doses to quick glance. This is really a great spacesaver and organizer for the OCD of a clean purse owner.
My fiancee takes a fair number of large pills and capsules, both morning and night, prescription and OTC (recommended by her doctors). Add the other smaller pills, and vitamins, and taking them is a real pain for her. Sometimes, she has missed some of her important, but smaller tablets due to the shear number of bottles.
For a while we have looked for a suitable item that would allow her to set up her meds at least a week in advance. This pill case is the solution to that problem, and then some.
The large compartments, 4 for each day of the week, allow her to set up 2 weeks of her meds in advance, using 2 adjacent compartments per "strip" for AM and PM. She then leaves the empty side exposed, and the next week, simply flips all 7 strips around for the another week. Makes taking her meds simple, fast, repeatable and, paying close attention to filling each compartment, error proof.
The lids lock tightly, and fit well in the case, with just enough "slack" to make removal relatively easy. The magnetic lock is a great idea. Now if she has to take a trip she can just put the case in her luggage, assuming the pills left cover all days.
Thanks for taking the time to design this right. Lastly, as many companies do, don't "improve" this in little ways, and end up losing its fantastic utility.

Large enough for lots of pills. My partner had surgery and a complicated daily pill schedule during recovery, and I wish I'd had this then! The 4 separate sections (morning, noon, evening, bedtime) would have helped a lot. For now, I don't need all the sections, but however you divide your medicines/supplements, there is plenty of room for lots of pills. The case is unobtrusive in any location, and we don't have all the pill bottles looking ugly on the table.

I absolutely love this case. I'm a huge nutrition buff, so I regularly take a lot of vitamins as well as nootropics to help with my job performance. I travel frequently for my job, and this is a life saver, as I don't have to pack 20+ individual bottles. This neatly organizes them, and to my surprise, fits all of my pills. There were some other cases that had bigger compartment and a stabilizing tray, which I thought my OCD would make me regret choosing this one, as it doesn't have a tray underneath securing the separate containers. However, the way each pill case is designed, keeps them secured together. You can very efficiently load them if you partially open each container, keeping them side by side, and sort of drop the pills in Plinko style. It's actually kind of fun. :D
Works as intended with large boxes that hold very large pills for people like me that take a ton of pills over the course of the day.
Pro tip: There is nothing holding the colored boxes in the holder once you flip open the case. Pick up a package of dime sized velcro. I got mine from Walmart for about $2.50. Put the velcro on the bottom of the colored rectangles and inside the case itself down at the bottom, then you won't get the colored rectangles falling out every time you open the case.
This Extra Large Travel/Home Pill Box Holder is just about perfect for our needs. My husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and he takes an enormous amount of pills every day. He takes 14 pills just in his morning dose alone, (See attached photos) and several more pills throughout the day. These pill boxes handle it, but just barely. If my husband needed to take any additional pills, or any pills larger than the ones he is currently taking, I don't think we would be able to fit any more in the morning slot. We love the fact that each day is a separate pill case, so we can easily grab a day's worth of pills to take with us if we are going to be away for the day. Some people have complained that the lettering begins to wear off the boxes. Sadly this is true with many of the different pill cases we have tried over the years, but there is an easy fix. As soon as I purchase this type of pill box, I immediately brush some clear nail polish over the lettering before we begin using the pill boxes. Once the nail polish dries it is barely noticeable, and the lettering doesn't wear off. It may be a good idea to freshen up the polish every several months. This is a beautiful set and I would recommend it if you take lots of pills.
I just received this, but am very impressed with it. It looks good and is very secure. I take quite a few morning/night pills, and the individual compartments are more than large enough to meet my needs; in fact, since I only need 2 compartments per day, I am able to load 2 weeks worth of pills into the containers. I also find it convenient to just take out the specific day's block of 4 containers to carry from bed stand to bathroom instead of carrying the whole case back and forth. finally, the snap lids for the containers seem quite tight and secure, so I have no fears of spilling pills if I want to turn an open container over to release just those pills. This is a very good product and will be great for travel too.
This organizer is the best. Each section is super sized so all my medications and supplements fit with room to spare. Have you seen the size of the Red Omega 3 pill? It could choke a horse! No problem with my organizer. I travel frequently and the organizer really helps me to have everything I need in one place. A must for those who travel and take medication.
