This works great for my ankle! I've had chronic pain and swelling after a break and two surgeries and was tired of my ice packs slipping off if I moved around. This holds the ice in place right where I need it and I don't have to just sit with my foot elevated all day just to keep ice on it.
Does exactly what it says. I only wish they had ice slots for the achilles heel area.
