Wife had knee surgery about two weeks after ordering this. It was great. Velcro straps held the pack in place. May have to order more. Haven't used then on the hot side yet. Will have to see how long they last, but so far I am happy.
Got two for a rotor cuff surgery after care and they were great. They have a bonded fabric cover, instead of the old school plastic ones, so it doesn't get too weepy and wet. I'd buy this brand again.

What an amazing deal! I have bought ice packs alone that cost more. I had a total hip replacement 2 weeks ago and this Ice Pack has become my best friend. It stays cold for a long time and the velcro holds the pack securely on my hip.

INSTRUCTIONS
For a cold compress store in the freezer for at least 2 hrs.(it won't freeze as the gel will stay flexible) and it is recommended to use in the first 48 hrs. after injury.
For a heating compress relief, either place in hot water for about 10 min., or you can microwave it for about 30 seconds. Heating therapy is recommended to use only 48 hrs. AFTER the injury.

Works well when used, straps hold it nicely, good sized pack to cover most areas that need to be iced down.
It is good for icing small areas. It would be better if there were 4 straps to fasten it more securely on, say the short sides of the pack, instead of the long side. It does need more area that the strap actually attaches to. Even on the long side.
Have knee replacement surgery coming up an bought several so I’ll always have one cold for knee packs. Like the straps so they stay on better
I like the flexibility and versatility of this ice pack. I can use it on any part of my body. The velcro straps can be a little tricky when trying to put on sensitive areas and cant handle the pain of making adjustments. Worth it but still can be a little frustrating at times.
Love this wrap! I use it mostly for knee or elbow icing. I have golfers elbow and this helps with inflammation. It’s long enough that I can double wrap it for extra tightness around my leg or elbow.
Super cold, recommend having a cloth barrier between the wrap and skin
