I received my king size heating pad a few days ago and used it immediately to alleviate the pain from a strained shoulder muscle. I was impressed for several reasons:
#1 - The package was easy to open. Someone else wouldn't think twice about it but when you can barely lift one arm, this one little thing means a lot.
#2 - Within 1 minute of turning on my heating pad, I could feel the pad getting warm. I appreciate that because past heating pads took 15-20 minute to reach an optimal temperature and stay there.
#3 - The pad is huge!!! I slipped the pad over my shoulder and was able to walk around and it not fall off. I will be able to lay on this and not have to strategically position my ache or pain over the heat and then have to be glued in that position indefinitely.
#4 - I was very excited about the moist heat option. The ease of using this option is awesome.

I got it for my wife, she likes it but mentioned that the entire area of the pad doesn't get hot and the overall temperature didn't impress. I asked her if it was worth keeping and she said yes...so take that for what it's worth.

After writing a 3 star review the seller reached out to me to figure out the issue and sent me another heating pad. No issue with the new one. My wife said the entire pad gets hot with the new, she's happy with it. What great customer service!
I use it everyday after I got it. It works great. The padding material is thick, soft and cozy and you can adjust the heat as you like. And it starts to heat up very soon. The extra large size is also a plus. I use it for my backpain and it can cover my whole back which makes me greatly relaxed afterwards. Strongly recommended!
It's getting cold where I live, so I've been looking for something that I can use while watching Netflix at my computer. After using this heating pad for about a week and a half I haven't encountered any problems at all. The pad is super soft and comfortable, and the most important thing about this pad is that it's big, I can drape this thing over the back of my chair and it can heat my entire back while I'm reclining in it. Overall, this was a good buy, and I'd recommend it.
I bought this for my cat Potato a week ago. I bought him a cat house, put boxes outside for him but he won’t stay. Then I think about buying something that warm like a laptop so he can sit in. This heatable, soft and well-made pad makes a great bed. This helps him stay warm in the cold weather. I highly recommend this product.

I do love this heating pad! It is huge, soft, stays put, and is more than hot enough for me. That being said, if you like a burning hot heating pad, this is not that. My little 15 year old cheap Sunbeam gets much hotter. I use that one on the second out of four settings. It can actually leave burn marks on your back if you lay on it on high (like my husband does.) This one I use on # four out of six settings. I can go to six, no problem though. It heats up very quickly. I am a plus size and it is plenty big! I have Stenosis, Degenerative Disc, Herniated disc, Surgery for ruptured disc, Arthritis of the spine, have had my back broken in three places, and have Spinal Neuropathy, mostly on my left side, general nerve damage. This pad is so big it goes under the top of my buttocks and tailbone, and then all the way up to my shoulders. I’m 5’8. My husband is 6’5 and he brings it under his tailbone too, up to his shoulder blades. It’s so soft and you don’t have to keep adjusting it. We have big Maverick LaZBoys, and it covers the the entire inset or seat of the chair. Like the reviews say, the top 3 or four inches where the power cord side is doesn’t get hot, the bottom two inches.. but the wires start one inch in on the sides and are every inch or so. Who cares? It’s HUGE! The top lays over the top of the chair a little bit very nicely. I knocked off a star because the instructions say it has to be completely dry before turning on, yet the description on Amazon alludes to moist heat. I went back and reread the description, and they never actually SAY that THIS heating pad has moist heat capability. Playing on words by sales people annoys me. To wrap it up, I can’t life without it. It’s my favorite thing and you’d have to pry it out of my cold, dead hands. 😊
I have been using this heating pad every morning in the office, for a few days. Every morning, the heat produced from the office’s heating system did not come to my cubical until 11am and my feet were freezing everyday’s morning until I received this heating pad. It heats up quickly and warmed my legs. I love it. Also, the pad is machine washable when the adapter is unplugged from the pad. This is an extra good feature. I would highly recommend it.

When I read the reviews before I bought this I saw that some had commented that the pad did not get hot enough. I liked the size of it so I bought it anyway and figured I could return it if it wasn't what I needed. After I received it I laid it down on my bed and laid on top of it and gave it a try. Unfortunately, after a couple nights use I had decided that it was not hot enough and that I would return it.
But when I lifted it off the bed I felt the bed was much hotter than my back. I also had looked back at the description and noticed the picture of the girl with it wrapped over her back and that she had the dark gray side facing up (light gray side against her back). So I decided to give it a try with the light gray side up and wow, it got much hotter! When laying on the dark gray side I had it at setting 6 (max) and it was barely warm enough. But with the light gray side up I am very comfortable at setting 3 or 4. I don't know if this is by design or unique to mine, but with the light gray side against my body I now have no issue with the heat.
Only reason I gave this 4 stars was because the connector on the pad is kinda large. Not enough to prevent you from buying it, but something I hope they address in the next version.
I feel a ‘sacred’ oath to review products purchased on Amazon. Depression, anXiety, PTSD & chronic pain from a career in the military & as a Motorcycle Officer. I’m presently paying for it!
I have a stone heating body mat, the cord came out and I really miss it. This pad though just having arrived this afternoon is worthy of my comment as to size.
I am disabled from both the military & law enforcement, Amazon is an important part of my life as I do not have to leave home.
By the way the pad is a really generous s ize, mid back to upper thigh (6’1”) coverage and it does indeed heat up quickly and all features work nicely.
