We got crutch tips to put on the end of the rod where the basket slipped off and it fixed that issue. We intended to replace the star shaped bolts used to fold the legs up but it only took 4-5 twists to remove the bolt so it is no longer an issue!
Out cup holder (Amazon....we put this one on everything we own!!) is Duro Med universal and was easily secured by throwing away the bracket included and attaching directly replacing the top screw bolt just below the handle and capping off the end smoothly.

Just received this today so not had a chance to try it in public. I originally received an entirely different product in the 2-day shipping time, company offered to replace it, would be received in an additional 4 days since it was the weekend. Wasn't happy, since I needed it prior to that time. Contacted customer care with my problem and it was shipped the same day, the 10th and received today the 12th. So I will have it for Monday after all. I appreciate them listening. Very easy to put together, you might note, the side supports are oval, not round. I didn't see this so the cup holder and purse holder did not fit without some adjustment. It's a little larger than I expected but this is my first one so wasn't sure what to expect. The cane holder won't work for me as I have a quad foot but otherwise, everything is as described. It roll very easily, I like the feel. I did read a lot of controversy about the height of the handles, I'm 5'7 and at the end of their extension I can use it, but might have preferred a little higher. I will probably make a new bag to go on the front as I don't care too much for the black one but that's just my preference. It does have two velcro straps
at the bottom that I've not figured out yet. I'll have to go back and see if I can determine what they are for. I didn't want to use a walker, but love the purple color. I think I'm going to love it.

I love this, my first walker. The back wheels are further back than a "regular" style walker, so the whole thing feels very stable. I took it on a trip to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, etc. The large rubber wheels let me walk on gravel, unless the gravel was too small or too large. Most gravel walks were fine. When sitting, the fabric strap that makes the back is comfortable. I tried the "regular" style but the metal bar back was too hard, even with those foam covers. The back strap on this one conforms to the back. The seat is also comfortable because it's thick canvas stuff and not hard metal. The front pouch is like a lightweight messanger bag. The bag folds when the walker folds up, so you can't carry something large and hard like a clipboard. Fold it up by pulling gently on the seat's center strap (it takes almost no force at all). If you want to work at it, you can fold the whole thing into a very small package. It easily folds up into a slightly larger size. Lock the wheels by pushing DOWN on the hand breaks. IMPORTANT: The metal rods that make up the frame aren't round -- they're slightly squashed into ovals (If you sliced through a rod you'd see an oval, not a circle). This means that most additions, like cup holders, won't fit. I'm looking for a cup holder that does... This is an excellent product that I highly recommend.

Very lightweight, easy to fold up and carry. This is our fourth rollator, and I'm glad I got it. Overall, I think it is a very good quality for the price (I paid about $100). The folding mechanism is super convenient (just pull up on the strap in the middle of the seat). The unfolding is another story (see below in the complaints section). The 'advanced folding' which lets you fold the back legs into the body is great to get the rollator to a really small form factor.
Now of course there are a few things that could be improved, and I would gladly pay more if those improvements were made:
1. the wheel are hard plastic, I would have preferred soft rubber
2. It's pretty easy to get pinched when unfolding: you have to push on the side of the seat and it's easy to end up with the finger in the mechanism. Ouch.
3. The front bag is not really easy to get to, and is pretty skinny.
4. The folding legs, which is an awesome feature, takes a bunch of work to get going: You have to unscrew one screw on each side. Now this can be done by hand, no need for a screwdriver since the screws have big handles, but some kind of clip mechanism would have been much preferred.
Overall, I'd totally recommend this item though.

This item is outstanding for the value. The wheels are wide and thick, glides beautifully, strong piece of equipment compared to the other ones that have smaller wheels. The seat is super strong (woven mesh), I am 230 lbs and feel quite secure in it.

Second update: I've now used this when flying. They gate checked it with no problem. You can break it down to fit in the overhead, but it's a pain to break it down that far. You have to unscrew in four places completely. But airlines will gate check mobility devices for free, and have it waiting at the plane door for you, so I see no reason to have to put it in an overhead.

I also used complementary airport wheelchair service for a few legs of my trip, and I quickly folded it in half and laid it across my lap. It did stick out a bit, but I didn't mind and it was easy to just unfold when I needed it again.

I was worried about the mesh seat being comfortable enough bc my previous walker had a padded seat. This seat was very comfortable and felt very sturdy. (I weigh 150 lbs.) I actually like this seat better, bc it gives just slightly enough to take some of the pressure off my joints. It doesn't feel like it "gives" though.

I was worried about the back strap. It looked way too high. But I used it frequently on my trip and it's exactly right! I'm 5'5".

A woman came up to me in Vegas and said "I'm sorry to bother you, but my father in law asked me to come over and ask you what kind of walker you have." :)

The cane holder is very handy and I use it a lot. I'm still not a fan of the plastic wheels! But everything else is so outstanding that I'm not even taking a star off for that anymore.

Update: I originally rated this one star. After using it more, I've found i really like it. I can actually get it in and out of my car easily, which was my main reason for buying this model.

Original review: When you open a door with one hand, the other hand that is pushing the walker through the door requires extra exertion to get it through. My $50 walker has better maneuverability, but hard to lift into car.

I got the purple. It is actually fuchsia! I LOVE the color more than the one pictured, but heads up to those who don't want a very bright purple-pink.

The wheels are plastic and don't seem very durable, so i took off a star for that.

I really love my walker. I use it as a little truck loading up everything to take to the trash. It's great to take shopping, because the seat area is important at times. And it is light enough for me to put it in the trunk of my car. I am 91 and I now can take walks even on hills. The braking works perfectly.

The portability factor is fantastic and the ability to fold together and leave standing nearby is wonderful. There is some flex felt when going across uneven terrain. It does a good job of not tipping forward when encountering larger objects such as rocks, but will do so if some care is not given. The ability to walk within the framework rather than behind the walker aids in its stability. Seems to be well made and should do well with my impending knee replacement rehab. The seat is the best I have seen and the styling design of the walker is very good. The carry bag is so so. It does the job, but comes off too easily when folding; a small annoyance. Overall is a good value.

Well built , seat handles my weight (295) , bag is convenient , wheels roll over most surfaces with ease . Unit folds up quickly to put in vehicle .

The drawback is that I'm 6'2" and at the highest handle adjustment I was still leaning forward . I realize that all people have different dimensions so it is best that you take that into account if you are tall . What I ended up doing was carefully drilling holes 1-3/8" up (from center of highest) to get that little bit more height so I could walk properly . It did not compromise the strength or safety of the product as there was still plenty of tubing structure inside and I would have tried for a little more but the brake cables limited what I could get . If I were at the company , I would seriously consider offering a version with slightly longer handles although that would compromise travel dimensions a little .
Otherwise I love the product and highly recommend it

This is the perfect mix between a walker, rollator and wheelchair. Rollators typically move in front of a person and walkers move under them. I needed the mobility of rollator, I wanted the four wheels but needed the stability and support of a walker. This rollater lets you walk inside of it instead of behind offering a lot more support. I can move over smooth floors inside and slightly rough terrain outside. This rollator also allows me to sit on it and scoot around a little bit when I am unable to walk and want to do small things like make a meal. Obviously it can't an actual wheelchair, but as a small chair with wheels, I can scoot around on it easily to do small tasks. This rollator has been great for support and kept me from calling multiple times. Highly recommended!
