I like the water bottle. It really soothes me to full and deep sleep. It is a good therapeutic bottle that helps ease my pain once I put it under my quilt, I drift into sleep. I'll recommend to anyone who feels general weakness and pain of the body or any part of the body.

I use this to heat the foot of the bed before I get in and then once I get in I bring it up to my chest. I have arthritis and these hot water bottles are invaluable to ease the pain and warm my feet and hands now that my circulation isn't what it used to be. This water bottle is so nice and soft and it is even a little warm when I wake up in the morning. Fantastic product!
