We use Kanberra Gel in our motor home to control mold, mildew and odors. It is a miracle cure for all the hidden mold and mildew inside the motor home that would make an unpleasant smell and cause damage to surfaces. We have also used it in cellars, basements, garages - anywhere that moisture can create an issue. I highly recommend this product.
I didn't expect this to do anything in my 38 year old boat, that spends Seattle winters in the water. But, it works. I don't know how it works, but it does. I have three of these in the cabin, one at each end and another in an enclosed locker. I used to have a big problem with mold in the locker, but it's completely gone now. The cabin always smells fresh when I open it, and the gel itself has a pleasing smell. I wish it weren't so expensive, but for how well it works, I'll keep buying it.
I swear by Kanberra Gel and recommend it to everyone I know with mold allergies. When I worked on luxury yachts, we put it in our air handlers to purify and deodorize all areas. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get any "goodies" included in my shipment like I have previously. I really enjoyed the Global Goddess products I was sent and was hoping for more, particularly the mascara, and especially since the cost of my order for the refill pack of Kanberra Gel had been increased.
I first read about this product in Motorhome magazine and decided to try it to remove mildew in a couple basement bedrooms. This stuff really works, This 24 oz refill pouch mitigates the expense. I recommend it for areas with mold, mildew, animal odors, and areas that cause nasal congestion. The air is cleaned, not perfumed. The sources of the problems are actually stopped and killed off. It restores a fresh air smell to the spaces where used.

This stuff is great. For my boat I put it in in the half sized used plastic water bottles instead of the dispensers it normally comes in so that if it gets knocked around, the gel does not fall out.

Kanberra Gel is an all-natural proprietary blend of pharmaceutical-grade Australian Tea Tree and other essential oils. When used, Kanberra Gel allows the natural antiseptic properties of the oils to become airborne through an evaporative release. At the micro-biotic level, the air itself absorbs the pharmaceutical grade oils. As the air circulates and lands on the source (mold, mildew, etc.), Kanberra Gel begins neutralizing and eliminating problems and associated odors on contact. It does so naturally, without chemicals.
Works great. Use it in our rv and really makes a difference. I had tried it then was hesitant to buy the refill due to the cost but the rv had that musty odor all summer long and took some time to air out when we went on a trip. This gives it a nice clean smell and is worth the cost to not have to go down the road smelling the musty odor and being a captive audience to it for the first day of the trip.
This product works very well in eliminating odors using natural resources. The refill pouch, although pricey, is still an economical way of replenishing the four-ounce container. I've also filled small glass jars and placed them alongside the two cat litter boxes and in back of the air purifiers to distribute the purifying properties. I am very sensitive to fragrances, so artificial room fresheners would not work for me.
This stuff is the best for odor control in our basement, wish the price was cheaper, but it lasts a long time.
I put the little container of Kanberra Gel in to a filling drawer in my RV that smelled awful with a musty smell. In 2 weeks the smell was gone. And 4 weeks later the smell is still gone. I then bought a large refill to use it other places.
Good, but expensive.
