Love the feel of this gadget, but the larger end of it snapped off during my 4th or 5th use of it, so had to return unfortunately. Not sure if it was a product defect, or if I might've been a bit heavy handed using it, but still it should've lasted longer than that if it's a quality product. Thank goodness Amazon has a hassle-free return process, even it it means an extra trip to the UPS Store.
EDIT: The seller reached out to me after reading my review regarding the malfunction, and not only apologized, but also offered to compensate me for having to make an extra trip to UPS to return for refund, AND sent me two more units of the product that he assured me weren't defective. Was shocked when my package arrived within two days of our communication. Haven't used them yet but I gave one of them a forceful tug and it didn't budge. I'm now thrilled with this purchase, and can hardly wait to get back to the soothing, therapeutic massages that I get from using this device. Needless to say this is one of the best selling experiences ever...thanks so much TICLO! :)
This jade roller is amazing! I have only used it once so far, but my face feels super relaxed, like after a good massage. I followed the tip from the seller in their initial email post-purchase about putting oil on the roller. I love Young Living essential oils, so I added two drops of lavender oil (very good for your skin and face) to the roller which coated both ends, plus I had extra for my face. The initial squeaky noises went away soon after the oil application. I love the instruction guide they sent with the roller for the direction of how to use it on a certain part of your face.
I also watched a YouTube video prior to use. The video I watched suggested running the roller over the same spot three times before moving to the next area on your face. This seemed to work well for me, starting my way ay my jaw line and working up to my forehead. I used the same end around my eyes.
The package also came with a beautiful jade green matching bag to store the roller in (which I have since put in the fridge for next use) and an eye mask.
This is such a neat product. It is a beautiful piece of craftsman ship. I love the look and feel of this product. The only problem is that the large roller keeps falling off. I took a pair of pliers and bent in the sides to hold it in a little better. It makes it a little harder to come apart but worked to keep the large roller from falling off. This is a beautiful piece of jade. Love that it is so cool to the touch. It feels good being rolled across my face.
This roller came it a great little package. It looked super fancy when I was unwrapping it. It is made well. Seems super sturdy and higher quality than some that I have seen that friends have. The jade roller parts are super smooth. It rolls with ease, and feels really good on my skin. I never thought I would use it so much, but I have almost used it everyday. Unfortunately I had to buy a new roller because mine (from a local seller) broke after about 4 months of use. Luckily I came across the Ticlo’s jade roller. It feels heavier and more study than my last one. The roller is secured in place so it won’t fall out, and the little one is a little squeaky but a drop of oil on each side fixed that. It came with a card that explains how to use it which is really useful.
Using the roller felt really nice and I am so happy I found such a quality roller at a reasonable price! Plus, the natural jade is beautiful. I recommend jade rollers to all of my friends, but now I’ll be sending them this one since it is such high quality.
The best thing about this company is their customer service. The jade stone came packaged beautifully however one end of their product was defective. The small barrel of the jade stone kept falling apart. However with their exceptional fast response to my concerned email. They reimbursed me the full amount of the defective product without having to ship back the old one, and on top of that they shipped me another one free of charge to replace the old product. I am so pleased with this company. The jade roller is definitely a good buy. It works its charm in relaxing tensed face nerves and cool off the face with a few strokes here and there.!! Love it !
This is a high quality jade roller. It’s very soothing to your skin. I love that there are two different sizes of rollers. The small one is perfect for around your eyes. The larger end works well on your forehead, chin and cheeks. So far I’ve only used it at room temperature but I’m anxious to put it in the fridge and try it cold. I would highly recommend this product as a natural way to soothe and relax your skin and face.

I received the roller today. It shipped quickly. It feels fantastic on my face. I noticed an immediate difference after using it gently around my eyes. The stone warms with contact on the skin but then cools down quickly. The small roller was a little squeaky initially, but that went away quickly. Overall, I’m already really impressed. The stone stays nice and cool. I first put it in my freezer and used it later on-NO NEED. It stayed cool in a drawer in my bathroom. Definitely oil it a little to keep the stones rolling freely and not getting caught on the metal. Also, the eye mask that comes with it seems cheap but it's actually the best one I've ever owned... Most are too tight or push on your eyes/are just uncomfortable, but this one helps me fall asleep so much faster. Fully recommend.
