I have a 4 wheeled Drive walker with seat and it is a really good product. I needed a smaller, light weight yet sturdy walker that folded easy. I just received my 3 wheel Carex walker. I needed one that would help me stand upright, together with features listed above. It's well made and has a nice deep pouch for your purse or purchases. Wheels rolled smoothly & turns on a dime. You can even back up easily. I wish it had a small tray for a dinner plate. I believe I will use it more because it is so convenient.
when I walk by myself, I usually have problems keeping my balance and sometimes I feel as though I'm going to fall. My husband and I discussed this and he found this on the internet. He ordered one for me and let me tell you, I am walking now! I feel so confident and I am able to get out and walk around my neighborhood. Also, other places, for example Wildwood New Jersey on the boardwalk and streets. I feel like a new person. It also has a bag attached and I can put my purse or whatever in the bag. It is very roomy. It also has a place for my cell phone and a pocket ID. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to walk but is concerned about falling. It does not have a seat, but I'm not ready for that as yet. My family has even given the roller walker several names.
I love this little three-wheeler but I have to say there are a couple of problems. The handles won't stay screwed tight. In just a short time they begin to wobble which means the entire device wobbles. I have pain when walking which is relieved though the use of the walker but I am not weak. I'm not sure a frail person would be safe using this design. This one is a bit heavier that the simpler one so hard to get into the car. Otherwise I like it a lot. It will turn around quickly without having to be lifted. That's a big plus in small Spaces. I'm glad to have it but would like for the handles to be more stable. JU
Chose to purchase this walker for my mother because it was lighter-weighted in comparison to her existing walker and easier for her to put in the car. The basket is handy in which to keep a purse or small items. She always hated dangling her purse from her previous walker so this was a nice option! The walker is stable and maneuvers nicely but is considerably wider than other walkers and may not fit on narrow sidewalks. The four-star rating is because the walker does not go over curves or bumps easily and often my mother needs to pick up the walker to navigate even small bumps. She likes this walker a lot and chooses it for all outings because of its light weight and ease in folding and unfolding.
This walker is available from many places, however I purchased it here and it was through AMESCO hospital supply. I had an issue that needed their attention and they were so helpful and gracious and could not have been more kind. The customer service was excellent; they felt badly that there was anything that needed to be addressed. The walker arrived sooner than we anticipated and that was great. The walker itself is super! It is stable and lightweight--it is easy to put in the car which is very important. It fits easily through the doorway in the house which is also really important. If the user doesn't need a walker with a seat this is a fabulous option!

Bought to replace my Dad's existing walker. Tried to upgrade him to a 4 point walker that was more sturdy and he refused. This has great maneuverability but is not as stable as a 4 point. Great in small spaces as it can be partially collapsed and still rolls. Easy to fold at the table which makes it great when out and about. Light and portable. Prior version held up over 10 years and I anticipate the same. The tires are solid but after 10 years were starting to tear and fray which is why we bought the new one.
My father, 94, loves his new walker! He claims he's walking more upright, faster and further than he ever did with his cane. It's very light and easy for him to handle in and out of the car.
I'm 42 and I have MS. I've recently had a relapse and my cane wasn't enough anymore. I finally broke down and bought myself this. I was borrowing a different style walker from my Mom, but it was awkward and wide. This is perfect. The 3 wheels and large tires allow it more flexibility and to fit through smaller spaces. The brakes work very well at slowing you down when needed. The tires also let you go over different types of terrain and bumps with ease. On a daily basis I use mine without the basket. I also bought some vinyl decals to spruce it up.
Bought this for my 83 year old mother. Best thing since southern fried chicken. She loves it....she uses it and I feel better about her now. We never take it out anywhere without getting stopped inquiring where it came from. The funniest story is the young girl that said she wanted to order her one "just in case I need it one day".
It is easy to load in the car, take out and easy to manage in crowds. Thank you for the wonderful product.
I was not paid for this review nor did I receive any product discount.
Love this. Don't know what I would do without it. I use it for traveling to dr's office and short walking trips. Only weighs 7.5 lbs so even with my back problems, I am able to swing it into my car myself. I have two regular rollators with seats, They are just a bit too heavy and bulky for me to lift..Very sturdy. Had trouble with locking mechanism and had to fix it myself.
