I use 2 types of braces for daytime stability (standard futuro brace and minimalist palm/wrist brace for driving). I found I was unable to continue my recovery during painful flare ups at night, because neither was made for sleeping comfort. I tend to sleep with my hands under my pillow in all sorts of weird positions. I ended up waking in just as much pain as I went to bed. I did my research for night time carpal tunnel relief and found a more expensive less available Corflex cryo pneumatic. I was excited about the pneumatic option, since I have worn a pneumatic walking boot before. I wanted the option of heat and ice in the pneumatic wrist brace. Corflex only had ice option, was not universal left/right, and I was not willing to wait two weeks for shipping. I needed something quick. I was skeptical about this one at first, since this was the only brace I could find that met all requirements. I gave it a try just hoping it didn't let me down and it didn't. This brace is awesome! Without the gel pack, the air provides enough stability for sleep (or wake) immobilization. It's comfy enough to sleep in. If you think of how much sleep you lose from the pain alone, that is major. It is little hot, but nothing a cotton liner will not help. With the gel pack, it provide immediate intense relief of pain (no air needed). I love that the air chamber is fully adjustable with a sturdy pump. The bulb has a handy quick release button to adjust the air pressure and an on/off switch on the top of the brace to quick adjust when the pum is detached and to lock the air in. The brace I received has nicer more colorful graphics on it, but looks the same inside as pictured. It even came with 2 addition extension straps which can help you apply it to other areas of the body (legs, biceps, etc.). I will be ordering an additional gel pack so that I can keep one frozen and heat the other when needed. I have no relationship with the manufacturer of this product. However, I do appreciate a good product and will tell anyone when I find one. Highly recommended, if you need night time relief and stability.
I am a physical therapist and am a huge fan of compressive coldpacks. This one works as intended but I wish the pumping mechanism was larger and easier to use.
The wrap is larger than I expected so I don’t use the thumb slit but otherwise it works really well.
The gel pack is removable from the wrap so I can fit it easily into my crowded freezer. I’ve kept the ziplock bag it came in to use when I freeze it. .
This is great. Applies pressure via the air pump, placing the cold to what seems like the bone. It is a little small though (I have about eight inch wrists).
Helps with my pulled muscle tremendously.
This is the easiest, most comfortable way to ice your hand or wrist. The compression holds the ice pack in place and you are completely mobile. Feels wonderful. Great service and great product!

This thing is awesome! I highly recommend it for elbow pain!
Combining ice with compression is the way to go!
I love the notion of what this could do but it's very bulky. I am a small framed person with severe elbow tendinitis. This just didnt work for me.
Works great , gives great support and ice therapy.
Definitely a better option then typical ice. The compression is nice and assists with recovery.
