I have lower back pain and use this Back Wrap on a regular basis. I keep two of these so I have one for my neck and one for my lower back. I can't be without my Bed Buddy and purchased extra to give as gifts.

I love these. We keep our heat low and every once in a while you just need something warm. I am actually wearing mine (we each have one) on my sore back and it is really helpful

We love them! They are not just for aches and pains. They feel nice when you're cold. We use them for sore backs, achey shoulders and even sore feet. They're great for easing pain and warming you up at night. Even my little Yorkie likes one (not heated quite as much) in her bed. She lies next to it, not on it.
I bought this for my Grandpa. He loves using it. We bought two, so you can keep one in freezer and use the other.
The moist heat is a benefit. I put the wrap on and the lower back pain melts away....
