I have a connective tissue disorder and I have issues with both elbows as they have both been broken. So from time to time I end up with tennis elbow. I had purchased a different brace prior to this one and it really did not seem to help. It was a different design and did not apply any pressure to the tendons. I read the reviews on this and figured it was worth a try. It does what it is intended to do. It is comfortable and applies enough pressure to keep the tendons where they are supposed to be. It is adjustable and I have fairly large forearms and it fit well. The foam on the inside that holds the tendons in place is nice. It does not cause skin irritation and it bounces back once it is removed. Design is nice and it is discreet rather than wearing a whole elbow brace. Good for hot climates as it is small and does not cover a lot of skin area. Would purchase again if it wears out or gets lost.
I have ordered and tried 5 different braces for tennis elbow. This is the most comfortable by far. There is a little soft area that digs into the tendon that is bothering you. I liked it to ease the pain. However, the velcro could be a bit stronger. This is one of my favorite braces, but not heavy duty enough to use if you were going to do yard work, like raking, since it is too thin-and again-the velcro doesn't hold well in this condition. This brace is best for pain control and minor usage of your arm. Perfect for computer work, writing, driving, walking the dog, etc.
This is a very comfortable support brace with lighter support. I wanted something narrower than my 2" wide Futuro elbow support brace as it painfully cuts into my upper arm when I bend my elbow. This Bracoo support brace is about 1.25" wide in width. I'm glad my elbow isn't smaller than 8.75 inches in diameter as it would be difficult to make this tighter because the rubber logo "Bracoo" covers up precious vecro attachment space. My wider Futuro brace is uncomfortable for longer periods of time but is better for more heavy duty activity, lifting weights, and driving the car. The Bracoo is more comfortable for all day wear at home and it doesn't hurt when I bend my elbow. I like that the Bracoo has a metal buckle instead of plastic. It appears to be made very well, but I've only had it for a few days and time will tell how long the velcro and overall stretch will last.
I tried them all and this is the keeper. It is comfortable and provides the necessary pressure to do the job. The color is a plus too, it's less conspicuous.
The band-it--comfy but not enough support.
Mueller--comfy but not enough support
Futuro--good support but too wide and the Velcro rubs, uncomfortable.
Don't waste your money, just go for this one. It's got a good, firm foam piece that provides good support. The Velcro is bordered with a binding so it doesn't rub. It's about an inch and a half wide but because of the foam pad, supports better than some of the wider bands.
I like the quality of materials, the stretchiness, the metal buckle, the heavy weight velcro, and the pad to isolate the pressure. The buckle is not wider than the brace material like others I have used, so everything stays in line and in place as intended. I am able with the pad to place pressure in a specific area and this appeals to me. Pressure is easily adjusted in small increments if needed, and being the band is narrower than others I have used, placement seems easier, quicker, and more accurate, and it stays in place throughout my entire day, 12 to 16 hours; the foam rubber pad (slightly shaped) helps with this. I have worn the band over the top of sleeves as well as directly on the skin, and it stays in place. I have not experienced any negative skin reaction to the pad. On the outer face of the band is the brand name, it is placed directly opposite of the pad on the inside face of the band and helps to visually locate the placement of the pad, a purposeful intent I am sure.
The above causes me to be convinced that this particular band is more effective at performing its intended function and meeting my needs than the two or three previous bands (each from different manufacturers) that I have purchased and used over the past three years. Time will tell about the durability of this band, I have no reason to believe it will not out live my others and give me a far greater return on my investment.
This band is less expensive than the ones I have purchased from my local drugstores, and so far, is significantly of higher value and quality. I have absolutely zero (no, none, not even one) hesitations to recommend this product to family, friends, and friends I have yet to meet!

I was at the computer desk for hours. My job has be at a desk and I am in a masters program. The shooting pain I was experiencing was hindering my performance in both of these areas. This nifty strap saved my grades. I would buy this again. I wore it during a crucial time. Yet I have not worn it in 2 months. I am currently pain free without the product. Yet, I will keep it handy, just in case I need it again. I love this product.
I have tendonitis from years of smashing tennis balls, and hammering into concrete doing construction in Florida. My elbow can get inflamed easily, and when it does - if I grip something, or squeeze something, it sends pain all the way down my forearm to my elbow. I've tried full elbow supports and found them uncomfortable, and sweaty. Plus they didn't stop the pain. This strap applies pressure right where I need it. On the muscle that hurts, that in turn irritates my elbow. I've worn it for 24 hours now and the pain and stiffness is almost completely gone (which I've had for over a month now) and I can touch my elbow which was inflamed yesterday and there's no pain whatsoever. Plus it's comfortable - you hardly know you're wearing it. Be sure to make it snug (but not too tight), and position the pressure pad directly to the forearm muscle right before it reaches your elbow. You can feel the muscle move if you place your opposite hand over the forearm that aches and clench and unclench your fist. I hope you have as good results as I'm getting!
Hated the big black braces, and happened on this one and very pleased. Any type of this brace works but if you won't wear it after exercise because it is ugly, then you'll just re-injure yourself. I've even worn this out to dinner (nice place, not a chain restaurant) and never had anyone comment or inquire about the brace. My suggestion is to get two braces so that one is always clean, especially if you need to wear while sleeping, which I did for the first days after injury.
Got tennis elbow, bought this one out of the hundreds available. I had to put some moleskin over the pad as it appears I am allergic to whatever the pad is made of. Moleskin has stayed in place, no issues. I brought it with me to physical therapy to figure out where to properly place it. Depending on what damage you have done to yourself, it matters where it goes. I was able to get a good fit to wear all day and do what I needed it to do.
Would buy again or recommend to someone who needs one.
I’ll admit I find most synthetic fabrics extremely annoying. This brace is much less irritating to wear than my previous drugstore brace. It’s narrower, which helps with placement near the elbow (no scratching and chaffing of my inner arm when moving) . It also has a better fabric band with softer stitching. I still use a 2”-wide slice of old cotton sock under it if I’ll be sweating or wearing it for extended periods. It has held up very well despite many hand-washings.
I am not a golfer or tennis player, but I injured my arm somehow, and it just wasn’t healing. It would improve, then I’d lift a plump grandbaby or do chores, and be right back where I started. I couldn’t even hold a glass with my arm extended, and twisting motions were excruciating. After 2-3 months of pain and weakness I bought a drugstore brace. It helped the pain but was miserable to wear so I searched for an alternative. After purchasing this band, I was able to wear it more often, and after a week or two my arm was 90% healed. I now wear it only rarely, when I’ve overused my arm and feel pain.
