The Velcro strap is perfect and I can place it exactly where the pain is. It is large enough that it wraps around the sides. The depth of the cold from the ice packs is not overwhelming and uncomfortable so I like that a lot.
i've got lots of packs, this is one of the best, it's very cold for about 15 minutes, which is long enough per my MD.

I have been using Battle Creek product for many years. Ice it is great, covert the whole back and specialy stay cold for a long time. I put it in and second area and I still cold as if I just took it out from the freezer.
I ordered this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He says it covers all the area he needs, on his lower back, and it's soft and easy to apply. It stays on well too. This is a great purchase...very pleased!

Great! stays cold for more than 20 minutes. It is large enough to cover my lower back without problem.
My father used one in the hospital and I was so impressed that I ordered one myself. It's big, it's really cold and it's very soft. Great product!
