I got this for my 84 year old Dad who is visiting us during the holidays. He was constantly looking for a good place to hang or lean his cane when not in use and I thought he would like the way it stands on hard surfaces. Even though I think he would prefer the grip to be a little fatter, overall he loves it. He especially loves the light which he uses to navigate through the house when he gets up at night and also to take his medications while sitting on the bed before going to sleep. At night, he can even leave the cane standing with the light shining on an entrance door while gets his keys out and unlocks it. He also loves the way the cane easily breaks down to such a small size he can put it in his carry on or medical bag on the plane.
GOOD CANE! I really like the adjustable LED light on the handle; easy to adjust, easy on/off, bright enough to get to the john at night, but not bright enough to wake up the wife! Haven't had need to "fold" it up yet, but I see that the "bungee" is quite substantial; should last a long time and many, many foldings. The door "feet" keep it standing right by my side in the checkout line, and it has a wrist strap to boot. The padded handle is a nice touch. I was not at all sure I needed or wanted an LED cane, or one that folds, but now...I'm very happy with it!!
I bought the device for my wife to use on an upcoming trip. She especially likes the articulated tip and feels this will add to her stability while crossing uneven roads and surfaces. She especially likes the handle and the "flash" light feature, which has already come in handy for her. It folds up into a neat package including the tip and fits in her travel bag. It appears to be well made and durable and should last her a long time. While she hasn't used the device for very long, but is using it daily, we give it a 5 star review and I recommend it to anyone looking for a device of this type.
I HAVE BEEN DISABLED FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE WITH BALANCE. OTHER MULTI-PRONGED CANES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STIFF AND UNYIELDING ON THE BOTTOM AND, THEREFORE, NOT AS STRONG WHEN MY BALANCE IS WEAKEST. THIS FOLDING CANE WORKS. IT IS STRONG AND RELIABLE AND ACTUALLY DOES STAND ON ITS OWN.
I just purchased ANOTHER cane. Rough terrain is no problem with this well-balanced and well-made cane. My balance is stronger and I have not fallen since using this excellent product.
Since I have not had a folding cane before, I can not compare them. I have found this one to be of good quality and function. It would seem to be one that will stand the test of time. What I do know is that the price is very good. It is less than half the cost of the main one on TV and way below the cost of other canes I found on the net. There are two items that are worth noting but should not detour anyone from purchasing this item. It would be nice to have a soft bag to carry the cane in though the wrap around snap chord does help keep it together. Also, the foam handle is very hard to replace as it is unique. I had to replace mine due to a great grand-kid trying to use it as food and found that it is not all that of an easy task. I finally purchased a foam handle on the net and cut it down to fit, but it does not feel as good as the one that came with the cane.

This cane is such a help,I feel that I can walk so mush better and further with the cane. It's so much better than the first cane I bought, It fell a lot and each time it did the latch for the battery case came open and the batteries rolled around the floor. This cane has a screw on cap for the battery. It also has an LED light which can be aimed in a couple of directions, and it works all the time!! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

This is a handy little walker. I like that it has a light on it. It seems to be helping my mom who has been dealing with bouts of vertigo. The night light works great during the night to get up from bed for bathroom trips and such when a light switch isn't close by.
I really like this cane's stability on uneven surfaces, especially since I am not used to using a cane at all. I'm relatively short, and the shortest setting is almost too tall, but I have the same problem with all canes I have tried, so I cannot ding this one a star simply because of my height LOL.
The included carry bag is handy, and the cane folds easily. I use stairs a lot, and also walk a lot in the dark, so the light is wonderful, as is the pivoting quad base.
I have used a cane because of post-polio problems and a knee replacement for years. When my regular tip slipped on a rain-slick surface, I decided it was time to go to a wider base. The flashlight looked intriguing as well.
The cane arrived on the day predicted. It provides a stable base--enough that the cane will stand alone--and downward pressure increases its suction-attachment to the floor even more.
