Holds the heat really well. I would only recommend using if being still.
Got this and use it ALL the time. I have a bad knee from an old running injury, and this wrap really has been a game-changer for me as far as reducing pain and increasing mobility.
Works great. Covers much more of the knee than others I have used. Highly recommend. I use 2 (1 for each knee) after every run.
