I have high cholesterol and BP. This tea has lowered both.
Love the product. However the shipping method could use improvement. Arrived in lightweight plastic bag therefore the box the tea is in was crushed. Fortunately this doesn’t affect the tea bags and they were not damaged. But a sturdier packaging would be better
