I was wary of the bottom cover staying put, but it clicks in very securely along all of the pill sections. It is an impressive design, and I love that I only open one door to fill it for the week . The sections are smaller than other weekly pill boxes, but I easily got all 6 of my morning vitamins to fit, three large capsules and three small tablets. The smaller footprint is a welcome change too, it's only 2/3 the size of the typical weekly boxes. I'm very happy with it.
This actually fits my giant prenatal vitamins with room to spare! The curved bottom makes it easy to remove specific pills. The best feature is definitely the easy fill bottom. Flip open the bottom and fill up both am and pm for the whole week. You can see the colors and labels in each compartment so confusing days or am/pm isn't an issue. Additionally, the days and am/pm are embossed the right way up on the backside of the colored doors just in case. Mine arrived in great condition, but the lime doors weren't as strong when closed as the purple side. I ran it under some hot water with the doors closed and it immediately solved the problem.
I needed a pill dispenser to organize my morning/nightly prescription pills and vitamins, and this one looked simple enough yet plenty effective for my needs - and I was right!
Pros:
- It's simple and easy-to-use
- There is a giant flap on the bottom that allows you to open up the entire case and fill every slot at once. It's much quicker than trying to open and close individual slots.
Cons:
- I find that the asymmetrical shape of the individual cups can make it a little difficult to fish individual pills out. I have pills I take in the morning and early afternoon so I put them both in the morning cup/pocket. It's a small thing, but fishing out one specific pill is pretty much impossible, so I have to take them all out and put the unused ones back in. Not a reason to drop a star though.
- Sometimes it feels like the lids close but they aren't and they pop back open. As a result, I've spilled pills a few times. That might be user error though - just be firm about pushing the lids back down and make sure they snap.
Overall, I do like it and I'm happy with my purchase, but if you have limited mobility/dexterity or you need to split your morning or night pills (or just regularly need to fish pills out if you overfill or whatever) you might need a different type of pill case.

I bought one of these at a drug store some time ago and was unable to find it again at any drug store so was left to purchase top loading pill planners. Trying to load the top loading planners is frustrating as the lids keep getting in the way. I was determined to find another of these and had searched Amazon but never found it on the search as it apparently was very far down the search list. I found it at a pharmaceutical wholesale site and copied the name into the Amazon search and found it. These are amazing as they load from the bottom where the pill slots are open and available. Just make sure that all the lids are closed before you open the back and start filling. I would give it a 6 star if available.
I purchased this for $3.98. Best price by far I could find for a two times a day organizer! I received a different color one than what was pictured, but that doesn’t matter for me. So far everything clicks together nicely. Some are harder than others, and I could definitely see it being possible to get one that doesn’t click well though. Probably down the line the compartments won’t latch as well. I wouldn’t recommend for traveling. But I’m a cautious person. Lol But you can’t beat the price! I needed one that’s easy because I have a difficult time opening some of my bottles and I have so many! In the pictures, the daily vitamin I have in there is very large, so there’s a lot of room in there! Hope this was helpful!

Great purchase. I hate weekly sessions of filling my pills up. This is a time saver. This was great for my 3 week vacation in Europe. Since I only have morning pills instead of pills 4 times a day, I use one row for each week. I was able to bring extra pills in case I got delayed. It even fits earrings, safety pins, rings and other small items you need in your carry-on. It holds a few large capsules along with regular and small pills. The back comes off so all the holes are open all at once to make filling easier. However, it can be a bit tricky to put back on. I would definitely buy this again.
I was surprised at how many pills each compartment holds for its size. The tabs lock fairly securely. I like how the bottom opens up to load the pills all at once. We will see how well it holds up over time. The description does not state the color is shipped randomly. I wasnt worried about the color, but some people might specific colors for a reason.
This pillbox design is just what I need to separate my prescriptions between the ones taking in the mornings and others at night.
The colors chosen are well thought out; having sunny yellow for am pills, and blue for night pills. And with the roomy compartments for each time of the days, one can easily fill in four to five pills in each compartment easily and still be able to close the lids. I am so happy with this product, it fits what I am looking for. The size of the pill box is roomy and yet not so big that it looks like those old-time grandma's pillbox. What more can I ask for? Highly recommend this!
My one and only complaint is that the wells are a little too small (I take about 5 vitamins in the am and pm). Other than that, I love this organizer. It makes pill sorting night so much less of a hassle. I saw another review with the complaint that the doors come open and I have had no such problems.
I love that it opens at the bottom to fill. Unfortunately the bottom piece is very difficult to get aligned properly to snap shut. The individual colored pod caps need to be pulled back a bit to snap shut too. Unless you have great dexterity, these might not work for you.
On the plus side, once closed, it’s very hard to accidentally open. This makes it great with to travel.
