I bought this cup holder to go on my umbrella stroller. My original idea was to put it on a bar next to the seat so that my son could put his sippy cup and snack cup in the cup holder himself. Unfortunately when I installed the cup holder it was at too much of an angle (due to the strollers bar being at an angle) to hold the sippy cup in place. Not the products fault, but just wanted to make that note in case anyone else was thinking of doing this. Plan B was to use it up by the handles. That worked out well. The cup holder is large and fits my sons snack cup (Munchkin Snack Catcher) and his sippy cups that have a wide base (The Gerber Graduates Fun Grips Hard Spout Cup). See photos. I am still able to fold the stroller and the cup holder can stay on and not get in the way. I took one star off because it was a little hard to install.
I bought this for my mother-in-laws wheel chair - she always has a Pepsi with her! This is so perfect! So matter where we go, she has a drink holder within reach! The soda can is kind of small compared to the cup holder, so it can move around a little, but we've never had it tip over or spill out. The cup holder itself is a wee-bit wiggly but it works so great it doesn't even matter. And...tip...if you're buying this for the rider of the wheel chair, you may want to purchase a second one for the driver of the wheel chair! I always find myself needing my own cup holder!
The DRIVE Medical Universal Cup Holder is as pictured. It is easy to install and easy to adjust and move if necessary. You adjust with the turn know which is simple. It does have the name "DRIVE" printed on the cup holder. But, I am sure you can cover it up with a decal or sticker if you want. You can probably use a solvent to remove the letters I'm sure. It is a good buy if you need a cup holder. It is nice to add to a wheelchair, or a walker or walker-chair.
You can mount it on anything with a piping, so you can use it in other applications as well. Fits up to around 1" or so.
I recommend the Drive Medical Universal Cup Holder for its simple look and simple mounting and the fair price for them. Great accessory for a wheelchair, a walker or a walker-chair. It can easily be removed and easily cleaned as needed.
This is good to use on a rollator walker. It was a little difficult to put on at first because the little screw nob seemed like it was too short of a screw. It will fit most any width bar. They have a little piece of rubber to use if the bar on the walker is too small. I keep a little plastic glass in the cup holder because unless you buy a Slurpee at a 7-11 all other cups will be too small. You want to make sure you have a lid on your drink.
haven't been able to install this yet due to the clamp being so small but product seems rather good in quality.
pro's: with it mounting via uclip makes it easier and gives us more options for mounting it to the wheelchair.
cons: kind of a pain to get the spacer sleeves to stay and they use a lock nut on there which keeps the bolt tight, however that's not what I want. I need to be able to loosen and tighten it a little so I can slide it up and out of the way for transfers from wheelchair to bed.

I LOVE IT! My husband put it on for me and it fits PERFECTLY. A lot of people had commented it did not fit, even with shim(s) (you get 2 with it and we used one to mount beside back rest), but it fits perfectly and doesn't interfere when I sit; however, when I tried to put it on it looked pitiful so get someone who knows what they're doing LOL. Others said your beverages will spill when going over bumps -- UH, isn't this common sense?? If you ride along in a car with a beverage sitting in the cup holder even with a lid sometimes it will leak out if you hit a bump, as expected. The picture shows the adjustment handle on the outside but my husband put it on the inside which is great for me with the size disposable cups I use -- helps take up extra space still with plenty of room. I also love the convenience of being able to 'carry' things using either the seat or the cloth basket under the seat. I'm planning on getting another walker to keep in the car and I will definitely get one of these!
As a lot of other users have said, this product did not fit directly with the parts offered. But if you read the reviews before you order, and go in expecting that -- you can't hold it too much against them. Such is the way with "universal" fitting products.
The bolt offered seems too long to go through the plastic mounting bracket hardware. And using the nut and turning handle offered it only turns onto the tip of the bolt and then locks in. I'm not a gear-head so I don't what is called -- but the nut provided has a rubberized ring material in it and it only allows it to go a specific distance onto the bolt and then it stops. This left the entire mounting bracket completely loose and floppy. Like, not even close to cinched down in place or fully installed.
All I did was get a different nut that fit the same bolt, but didn't have that rubberized locking feature built in and would let the bolt pass all the way through it. Cinched it down with a wrench instead of the turn-handle-knob-thing provided, and Bob's your uncle!
Worked just fine for my situation because of where it's mounted on my wheelchair, the excess bolt sticking out is not a problem. It points to the inside, at the undercarriage. I could see it being an issue if it was mounted certain ways on a walker or rollator, though... closer to where the user sits and has their hands all the time. So beware of that. But it certainly didn't require hours of thought, modification, and machining to modify as other users have said.... just a new nut for the bolt provided.
I have not been out to field test it yet. All I have to offer is an installation review, but I'll update as needed. 😊
I use this for cans, cups, bottles, cell phone, things to hold when I'm walking. It works great for more than drinks! The size is perfect for me. This was a little tuff for arthritic hands to get hooked to my Drive Medical 3 wheel walker. But I managed and its great. So my Drive Wheelie has a Drive cup holder! The thing I have wished for! Thanks! Works great, not a spill or disaster. Great!
This is the second one I have purchased. I now have one on my wheelchair and one on my Rollator. I love it because it allows me to be hands-free of my water bottle or other beverage. I don’t have to ask my friend when we leave to car to the car from somewhere, “Will you carry my drink?” as most of the time she has gotten a refill on her own and has to carry hers too. I love it because it’s study and doesn’t allow my beverage or water bottle to tip or fall. It stays nicely on both the wheelchair and walker and doesn’t get in the way when either are folded up. I highly recommend this product and seller as the product arrived in the designated Prime delivery time.
Wide cup area with notches cut on sides nicely holds a coffee cup with a handle. A tall, narrow glass tends to wobble a bit in the wide cup area. Comes with rubber-like shims of different thicknesses to make the mount fit tubing of different sizes on different devices. Mount also turns to fit angled tubing. Took some hand strength to get the shim inside the mount, and again to tighten it up. Once installed, it holds steady in place. Fits securely on an upright of my husband's rollator.
